The app on the tablet is atrocious. It freezes a lot and has so much network issues. The customer service is appalling, bless their hearts but save yourselves and quit: Evony needs to fail. It's a cesspool because they don't bother to handle any issues even when numerous people complain about certain players: their only solution is to kindly remind everyone to be respectful in chat 🤦🏽‍ It's a money grabber: adding features and making changes no one asked for instead of making changes that make sense. BoC and BoG shouldn't be for 2 hours, no one needs to devote that much time to this game in particular.

This player, *******, is causing people to leave the game on server 1234. This player has made a decision to attack everybody no matter what.
We have asked him to stop multiple times.
He said, many months ago, but he will continue to attack until nobody is on the server.
We thought he was joking. It has been over eighteen months. We have tried to reason with him many many times to stop attacking people.
This player has used abusive language to our players and suggestive language about minors.
Most of us have him blocked and he has done the same to many of us.
He is permanently KILL ON SIGHT."
Is there anything that we can do to make the company of that game remove that guy permanently or at least move him to a server/world so that he can start over with his city going with him? I am reaching out to any customer review places. Many of us have contacted Customer Support (the whole time) but they have not handled this player correctly. So, now we are writing reports/reviews about the problem and they have failed to enforce their own game chat policy of "To keep our gaming environment friendly, please chat with courtesy and respect." I purchased everyday for 5 days $5 a day for 4 days and then $10 for the last day that comes out with the tax around close to $35 I thought on the last day I was going to get civilization armor like it showed up there on the last day in the prize box but that you're going to get that big surprise reward but the only thing I got was nothing of civilization armor. Some of this rewards that you buy are really really bad ripoffs. I mean I got rewards every day but I really wanted to celivation armor. What a rip off it's unbelievable how this game works whoever does this that's evony. I had to put a star there if it was optional I wouldn't put any Star. I see that they wanted you to put a purchase that what you spent optional but I've done that before and I never got my money back so it's not worth it. I spend tons of money on this game someday I will quit this game and when I do that will make me really happy.

Evony makes you sign a TOS before play. The TOS states clearly that bullying and other forms of behavior and actions is not permitted, yet it is accepted and excused as a behavior issue and it is a war game. Bullying is behavior. Thee game is rated for 12+ years of age. Actions taken and things said in the world chat clearly qualifies as cyberbullying, and there are laws. To me the TOS is a digital contract we all signed and TopGames/Evony has broken that contract and should be held accountable for breaking their own TOS.

Not worth the frustration if you have problems - after 2 months of customer NON-support, I'm giving up. Games should not cost so much time, energy and frustration!

The game is a fraud on all levels. Located in China, it is designed to have you rid of your money. You can play for free but you will go nowhere. There is no clear goal in game and people with ego spend a lot of money trying to "beat another guy" without realizing it is all digital. I know people who spent $50,000, $100,000, and $200,000 because of the ego addiction. The game manipulates your feelings and Evony has they team to do just that. Once you get to level k35, you HAVE to spend money. You can get "zeroed" in one swoop by Evony appointed "player". Once your troops are gone, you have three days to buy SOL (items to restore them) And that is around $200. If you fail, you start over. Customer support is non-existent and they don't care about you - only about your money. The game has many bugs and bots.

Stay well clear of this game. It will suck you in, chew you up and spit you out. It sucks you in to spending alot of money. Constant pop ups with pack offers. Because other people spend alot you think it is fine for you to do so aswell. Then evony will wrongly describe packs to make you buy or waste items you think you are going to get. This is a rich fools game. A rich fool can play without worry but a poor fool will suffer. You heard it here. Avoid like the plague

You will invest time and money into this game as I did. There false advertising on values of game parameters is ridiculous. The lag is almost predictable. The worse possible time, you will loss due to a frozen screen or red wifi. They even have a saying because it's screwed so many people, latency anti-ghosting programs. Witches keeps you spending and lossing troops. Posted a screen shot happens only when they want you to lose.

My husband and I have been married for 33 years, he started playing this game to just unwind in the evenings, well its turned into 15 hours a day. Constantly on the phone, out to dinner with friends or just he and I, it can be embarrassing. At night he is up checking his alliance or checking his bubble. Driving down the interstate he will get his phone out to just "look". No conversation in the evenings, he just plays his game, Im starting to feel alone. We own a business and he is constantly playing in front of employees and customers. He even sets timers on his phone to remind him of whatever could be going on with the game. Our daughters have thought of staging an intervention before this gets worse, but scared of the backlash because he gets very defensive when something is said. This game is poison for the brain stay away!

I have been playing for 18 months, spent a lot of money. My alt was connected to fb.there was a glitch a week before SVS. I could not get into my account. Customer service gave me the run around, my account was desimated, 14 days on they are refusing to retrieve my account. They don't explain anything, only one mail from them every 24 hours, repeating what the said before. If you have not purchased packages on all of your accounts you will not get any help from them, despite spending huge money on your main account.
Despite numerous complaints across multiple sites they continue to be rewarded for poor service.
They hold all the cards, they chose whether you play or not, despite you paying for the privilege.

I am not the only one this had happened to nor shall I be the last.

I do know I shall not be spending any of my hard earned money on this game in the future.
Incidentally they were not clear on which receipt they wanted. I did send it once they clarified the one they wanted.

Couple months ago Evony had update and when I clicked on ramune (blue juice) as I always did it consumed all 64 unknowingly. I've made 2 tickets with screenshots and all I get back is we working on it. Asked to replace them with no response. Evony is all about them and they could care less about their players who helped build this game up. Without us, Evony would be nothing….

This game is riddled with glitches. I have them admitting to a glitch and aware of it but refuse to do anything about it. They will sidestep you and give dumb excuses for months in hopes you will,just let it pass. Double down and triple down package don't always apply the benefit. Lost treasure event freezes up and takes legendary explorers journal benefits away when you refresh. When I rally a monster the game displays double marches on alliance chat. I've repeatedly had to take screen shots for proof.
ON TOP OF IT ALL EVONY HAS THEIR OWN PLAYERS IN THE GAME. DESIGNED TO CREATE STIFFER COMPETITION AND INCREASED SPENDING.
PLEASE BE AWARE OF THIS.

Service client qui se moque de vous. Jeu répétitif qui n'a rien à voir avec la pub, les principaux monarques sont dirigés par le jeu, ce qui vous force à payer pour être compétitif, tout coûte super cher très vite, perte de temps, jeu mal expliqué, des options i'comprehensibles à moins de n'avoir que ça a faire de sa journée. Un jeu à fuir abolument.

This is just a game better decide if u want to literally spend 10s of thousands of dollars before starting.and keep spending more just to keep up also plan on spending hours everyday.there are alot of glitches such as red wifi symbol and auto shutdown lagging at crucial times and competitions make sure u get screenshots or administration won't do anything alot of people not happy but have put all that money into everything to just quit and of course evony comes up with new stuff just a hair better than last to make people spend more and issues stoi not fixed. A few players on the team I'm on I know have spent at least 100k just for the best things is a game really worth that. My real life is more important I'm spending my money on things I need instead of giving to someone else. U might say well that package is only 5 dollars but it's gonna take a lot of them honestly just read reviews before starting this adventure

One star is overrated. They lost my 500mil account and it's basically a shell. Little over 100mil. They say they're investigating but it's been almost 5 days and no results. I feel compensation is in order here. Ke starts soon and my keep will be no more. This disgusts me.

If you plan on playing expect to be attacked constantly. I spent 6 months building my troops just to have them wiped out in one attack. My strength 58 million, attacker 5.4 billion. Game is unfair and unbalanced. You can use a shield to protect your kingdom but forget to renew the shield and expect to be attacked, again and again. Even if your offline. Takes forever to upgrade your forces. Game was not thought out too well.
I recommend avoiding this game

No owning of problems, disregarded player feelings and kept reverting to auto responses because their idle, incompetent "support" (in the broadest sense of the word) staff were nothing short of ignorant. Shocking lack of care or support.

The game evony is such a game that so much unfair game play goes on from:
1. People been able to buy resources from anyone else
2. People using sub accounts and bots to take advantage of the game
3. Bad game administration allowing all sorts of game bully and so forth
4. Bad customer sevices, one will complain on issues and no response
5. Over expensive resources to progress in the game
6. Transferring someone's alliance to anyone just cos they can't log on to the game in 7days. That is the most annoying thing ever. After one spends lots of money, invest time and resource to build an alliance then coz one is busy in real life, the game admin just transfer ones alliance to someone else.?!
This should be stopped and it is annoying that one is expected to always be on this game everyday, people have real life and that should be considered too.
The image below is my alliance transferred to someone who doesn't know how I struggled, spent money to buy resources and built thst alliance for 2 years and just coz I didn't log on in 7days my alliance is given to this guy.?!
What is the moral here and what injusticed way of making people play the game, is life only about this stupid game..
