Very hard to impossible... I think they are scamming.

Randall is not joking, these people seem to purposely make themselves impossible to reach, which is often the result of being some kind of a scam company...
Although their games are not complete trash, they do have issues, and unless you are a computer programmer / game developer, and can rewrite the code yourself, you seem to be on your own, unless everything works correctly!
