Watch out. When you buy their packages, they take your money and you don't get the items. When you write a ticket to customer service they want you to attach a screenshot of the purchase but don't allow attachments. Then refuse to refund money or provide the package item you bought because you didn't attach screenshots. They're a scam. Beware.

I used a skip key but it wouldn't let me progress, the building is boring and you don't get too much control but over all it's nice there's an actual puzzle game out there that's mildly entertaining. Personally wouldn't spend money on the micro payments but i'll use it as a time killer.

No matter what the issue customer service does very little to help. We have reported harassment towards women, to bulling, to racist comments ect with screenshots and the player gets muted for a week and then is back at it again. I really regret paying any money to this game as it is not fun anymore but i have spent to much to walk away. Honestly if customer service would take the harassment serious along with all the other BS and the player or players got banned the gaming environment would change. The attached pictures are just a tip of the ice burgee i have sent at least 50 screenshots of proof to customer service

You play and hope that there won't be any issues but they never fail in that account. I made a joke that you know when it's server vs server week because things start working right until just before the battles begin and then the update comes and everything goes to crap. Constant red updating bars that freeze you up while the person your fighting is free to empty you out. Complaints that never get answered, as an example our team has 15 players that have been stuck in a side battle that ended over a week ago so they are lock out of the regular game. All they can do is watch yet Evony doesn't know how to fix it... oh but the one thing they can do is still buy packages that's the one thing that is kept working no matter what is your ability to spend in game never an issue. And expect to spend alot to compete, they say it's not necessary but it really is unless you have about 200 years to build. I could go on and on, I only wish I didn't have so much invested already.

Want to play this game and have fun? Must be willing to spend $500 plus a week. Need PC and bluestack. Need cheat engine to create large amount of farm accounts too. Dont worry they literally wont ban anyone if they spend. Only f2p are banned for farm or bot use.

Game is bait and switch. Ads only show as a puzzle game not the pvp city building game it is. Puzzles are such a small part and locked behind level gates. Customer support doesn't care about players. When you finally get a response from them (time will vary), you will get repeated requests for the same information, delays, statements that they have fixed or provided what you contacted them about, but no proof will be provided. If you request a refund, they will say you have to contact Google for the refund while Google will tell say you have to contact the developer for refunds. Just contact your bank card and contest the charge. Posting a review on the play store will get you a BOT answer without any resolution. If you like pay to win, no customer service, glitches and lag, have at it. Game doesn't even deserve 1 star but there isn't an option to put zero or negative stars.

Do not waste your time with this game. You are welcome. It will lure you in to spend money then when it gets excited, completely lag out and servers shut down in the middle of gameplay and you are left spending a fortune healing your troops if tou choose to go forward. Stay away

Evony has the absolute worst customer support. Unresolved issues, rampant in game chat abuse and harassment and intentional game failures to make you spend more money are just a few of the problems. If you report problems you are either ignored or targeted for game issues in an effort to remove your review of their platform.

RIP off artist with no intention of being a reputable game or investment. Guaranteed awards of what I recieved, and told I would receive. Just to be told we have no intentions of honoring our emails in customer service, and to bad. Do not invest in playing this game. The company has no intentions on honoring their word, and ultimately will dodge your complaints for months.

This game is unbalanced and rigged with one developer fed alliance bullying and bashing everyone. Bad customer service wasting your hard earned money when game glitches. Developers support bullying and racist attacks

This game starts out well. Then you run across players that only attack lower level players that are certain to destroy. You spend most of your time and resources rebuilding while they high level players make bank off of you. You can not grow if you don't have the resources to upgrade your keep and other buildings.

The people that oversee this game are useless. No customer service and ignore your grievances.

Not worth your time or money.

IF YOU'RE NEW you have to understand this is a "ponzi game". The oldest most powerful players have spent the most $ in this game. The game allows them to steal resources from the newest weakest players, essentially stealing resources that new players have $ paid for. This "dividend" to the older most powerful players is enough to assuage their feelings of shame and stupidity for spending so much $. You don't need to spend $ if you keep all your resources boxed up and keep your troops in the bunker. You can spend a lot of $ and use Truce Agreements, but if it expires while your away or sleeping you'll get destroyed.

You can play for free if you wish, but my experience with the game is simple. You have to buy your way to power. There is no real levels, when ones at the same lvl can clean you at every turn, it is not a game unless you pay for advances. I got cleared out on a regular basis. So this is a do not waste your time rating from me.

If the developers spent more time fixing bugs than worrying about new events and characters the game maybe more enjoyable. Its amazing how many bots are on the game and Evony is well aware of them and do nothing. This game is not free to play if you want to enjoy it. In order to play the game you really need to spend money and buy packages. Then when you spend $100s of dollars and lose your account you have to start over. Evony does not fix many issues in a reasonable amount of time. When major issues are reported Evony blesses the server with extra double down coupons which only help those to pay to play.

I played Evony for few months I loved playing with the team I was with. But then people in the same server wanted to break server rules. Then played victim when someone made a mistake towards them but never took responsibility for their actions. It started to get way too much drama. I played the game to get away. Then when crap started to hit the fan it was no longer enjoyable. I paid quite a bit of money to gain a bigger kingdom, troops, power, and etc. I also enjoyed that logical and tactical experience as well. I just quit the game because of the drama because it just drained the fun and enjoyment. A server should be a whole where everyone can learn from others and have fun. It should not be one kingdom ruling the whole sever and not allowing others to grow.

I have written to customer support everyday sometimes twice a day. I refuse to spend one cent more. Until my issues are fixed. I did spend every day I have stopped now for 3 weeks. I even uninstalled the game. To try and fix it.

Evony is a decent Real-time strategy website, in which they claim to have "over 20 million active players." Now, this is a complete lie. The game has been up for less than a year, and is nowhere near even 1 million active players. Each of the servers usually hold up to 3000 players, and there are only 50 servers, and not all of them are full.

The website has sleazy advertising tactics for the game, in which they have ads with partially nude women, or just pictures of breasts. They use this to draw in the un-knowing crowd, in which they are thinking they are joining a website with pictures of women. When the user joins and realises what the website is, they more than likely leave and never come back.

The website also uses a name similar to that of a porno website, in which to draw in users who mis-typed the other websites url incorrectly. There are many complaints about Evony and their tactics, but it is a decent game and can be fun for a few weeks.
