Trusted my college age daughter to buy tickets online to a Skillet concert in Tulsa Oklahoma. I had previously checked the venue online and platinum tickets were about $300. She claimed the site I had checked the week before was a scam and this was the way to go. She said she bought silver tickets for about $350, so I paid her for mine. Ends up she paid $360 for an $88 general admission ticket to a concert that didn't even come close to selling out. She had never researched the site, and she never bothered to actually read her tickets or the emails they sent her. Good news is we both learned valuable life lessons. She learned to actually read her emails and negative reviews and I learned she is not to be trusted with online research.

The tickets were waaaay overpriced. Super strict no refund policy. The show has been rescheduled 3 times, now tickets are a year old and the band (Little River Band at Hampton Beach Casino) is obviously not coming due to covid. Tickets were ordered/purchased 12/19 - EventTicketsCenter.com has refused all requests to refund my money. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. They got me for over $500.00... They just sent me another reschedule date for next May 2021! How unrealistic is that?

We purchased tickets for a comedy show that was postponed due to COVID-19. The venue stated that the original tickets would be honored on the new show date or we could obtain a refund. Unfortunately, we are unable to attend the new show date. We contacted Ticketmaster as the event tickets showed in that account. We were told that the tickets were actually owned by Event Tickets and they had taken advantage of a "loop whole" to transfer the tickets to our Ticket Master account and appear as a verified TM purchase. When we contacted Event Tickets they refused to give us the refund and told us all sales were final.

Terrible! Scam! Do not use them! We order tickets months in advance, and the day before the concert they sent us the wrong tickets. They said there was nothing they could do. Then, as my 18-year-old daughter was headed down to the concert, they canceled our tickets because I complained. I had to buy tickets from another vendor an hour before the concert!

It's a scam. All they do is buy everything before everyone can and resell them for no value. Events should do a better job protecting fans.
I bought tickets for an event in Miami. They can't send them to me until 3 days before. So what do I do? Have them send them to my hotel and hope? Ridiculous. No cancel or refund. Completely non customer focused. Will never use again

Comedy show in boston Ma. I bought the tickets on october 1st 2019. I was sent a link to claim my ticket. I acceptt the ticket only to find out that the ticket transfer was accepted by another email which was not mine. For aan entire month i spoke with the seller and ticket master to reolve the issues. 2 tickets was 416$ that was a lot of money. Ticket center kept telling me that i claimed the ticket and couldnt tell me where the ticket was. The day of the event i showed up at the event with hopes that the box office would help me but they said my name wasnt on the information at all. Finally i spoke woth a great guy over at ticket. Astee and he told us that the ticket that i was trying to claim was actually sold to 2 difderent parties. Another couple ended up going with our ticketss. So event ticket center seels the same tickets to different people and scamm people. 8 months pregnant and driving to boston for no reason. Now i will report them as fraud on my credit card. Stay away from them everyone.

I bought seven tickets to a show. Two days later I got a call that the seats I had paid for were not actually available but they would switch me to "better" seats for no charge. Turns out the better seats are up another level and farther back from the stage. And the tickets which were promised to be digitally deleivered in "about 30 minutes" are still no place to be seen. The order still lists the old seats, the status says the order has been processed and no one answers the customer service number when I call for help. I would never do business with this company again and will be reporting them to my credit card company.
