On 9/9/21 I bought tickets to a comedy show scheduled for Friday, 10/22/21. I got an email that order was processed with an estimated date of tickets being ready on 9/10. That never happened.
At the end of September I emailed them and got an automated email response about their high volume and how emails will be addressed in order of priority of event date. The week of the event (Tuesday) I called both numbers listed on the confirmation emails and got disconnected several times and another time a message saying they were too busy and to call back another time.
On the Wednesday before the event I found this site and realized that I may or may not get my tickets. These tickets were a birthday gift for my husband and I had already purchased an air bnb rental and made other financial obligations to attend this event as the event is not in the same state we live.
On that Wednesday 10/20/21, I purchased other tickets for the show that were better seats and $100 cheaper. Friday the day of the event the tickets were not ready until 3pm. THE SHOW STARTED AT 7:30! And still never received any communication by phone or email for my specific issue!
Was I supposed to wait and just hope you all would transfer my tickets in time and possibly ruin an already expensive trip? This is unacceptable. If I was able to get a call back at least to update me on the progress of my tickets I wouldn't have had to purchase additional tickets "just in case". DO BETTER! NEVER AGAIN!
I'd recently purchased tickets for an upcoming show. The website showed an insurance through for ticket protection through Allianz Assistance. When I saw all the Covid restrictions, I wrote to Allianz for a refund, no response. I called the 800 number and was told that my request for a refund would have to be approved and that I must file a claim! They provided me a claim link which does not exist. I at least hope my electronic tickets will arrive. As I'd read some other reviews, it seems many did not receive their tickets from EventsTicketCenters. Frustrated.

I was about to order two orchestra row P tickets for the Temptations at The Florida Theater for $158 each. Eventsticketcenter was going to charge a service fee of $52-14 per ticket. And a delivery charge of $9.95. For a total of $430.23. I decided to purchase the tickets directly from the theater to avoid the service fee. I purchase two orchestra row O for $87.50 per ticket. I got better seats and saved $255.23! Please purchase tickets directly from the theater or from the theaters official website!

I received an email that my tickets have been transferred and that I will receive another email with download instructions. I have not received this email and the Chris Stapleton concert is in two days in Nashville. I have sent numerous emails, including the customer support email that they have provided to others in the numerous bad reviews that have already been submitted. I have tried calling numerous times just to receive an automated response. I feel that I have been scammed. I was giving these tickets to my son for his anniversary. Extremely disappointed and will report to the Better Business Bureau.

I DO NOT recommend buying tickets here. I had an even canceled because of COVID and every time I try to contact them about the tickets they either do not answer me or when they do they're no help at all. You'd think a global pandemic happening after I buy tickets they'd give you a refund but I guess not. They're horrible and just want to take your money.

Never received the tickets that were ordered in February 2021 for an event my daughter, friends and I were supposed to attend TODAY (10/16/2021). On hold with costumer device for 90 minutes and emailed. I started asking about tickets being delivered via email to print 3 weeks ago, received a response they 100% guarantee tickets on time for events. Said it should be ready 48 to 24 hours before the event, or do of. Ended up going to ticket master and getting tickets so to not disappoint my daughter. Never will use event center tickets again.

I'm apalled and disgusted by the service fees. I didn't notice the $145 plus another $9.95 we're both service fees! When I booked our tickets they were close yo 145.00 so thought they were listing that amount showing the one ticket amount and then x3 for all tickets. I've tried calling several times they say they're too busy call back when it gets closer to the venue and they hang up. I'm mad at myself for not noticing that service fee statement but more than disgusted with this company. I'll never use them again and will tell everyone I know as well!

EventTickets is a reseller. They sent an e-mail telling us that the tickets have been transferred to us and gave tips on finding the e-mail from the seller. But we have not received any e-mail or text message with instructions to get the tickets from the seller. I've looked and searched very carefully. Tried calling the customer service number. After 40 minutes listening to the inane music loop, it told me they would call me back and would save my place in line, but get this, I'll receive that call within the next 48 hours! LOL. The game is today.

After a lot of trying random things, I did eventually get my tickets. I logged in to Ticket Events with the PIN they sent in their e-mail. On their website, under ticket status (something like that), I found the contact seller link. When I sent them a message, they replied with instructions. I installed the app and got the tickets. But this was supposed to happen two weeks ago.

We bought 650 VIP package through this site. Our ‘account' says tickets were delivered and they are no where to be found. On customer service line now and nobody picking up for nearly an hour. Most certainly a scammer site.

This is my worst ticket buying experience. I ordered three Rolling Stones tickets for $400 on August 2nd. The email confirming my purchase said that the tickets would be available the next day. This never happened. I have sent several emails inquiring about my ticket status and receive only an automated response saying that I would be contacted by a customer service representative. This is a lie. They have not responded to my emails and they do not answer their phones during business hours. After 45 minutes on hold, I was kicked off, with an automated message telling me a customer service representative would return my call. Another lie. In short, the concert is in four days, I have no tickets, and no way of knowing when and if I will ever receive these tickets. I have learned an expensive lesson and I will never trust EventTicketsCenter again.

I bought 2 tickets to an Adam Ant concert that was postponed due to the pandemic. NO REFUNDS because it is supposedly being rescheduled (This will be the second time because of the delta). This was a very expensive lesson but BUY FROM A COMPANY THAT WILL REFUND IN THE EVENT OF A NATURAL DISASTER OR IF THE BAND CANCELS THE SHOW. It is the buyers responsability to keep up with this year after year. Very dissappointing.

I got on my phone to buy tickets to an event and clicked on what I thought was a link to the venue. It was actually EventTicketsCenter, which charged $40 more per ticket and about $35 in fees for each ticket. To add insult to injury, immediately after I made the purchase, I realized we had a conflict on the night of the event, so I called them to ask about rescheduling. The purchase of the tickets was not even confirmed yet, but I was unable to speak with anyone about the issue. I emailed and was told it is not possible to reschedule. Now I've paid over $300 for 2 tickets that would have cost less than $150 if I had purchased them from the venue as I intended, and I can't even use them. This was an expensive lesson that I hope I can help prevent others from making!

Let the buyer beware. Bought two tickets to a Dwight Yoakum concert in KC. At the venue clicked their link to get my tickets but the link took me to Ticketmaster, but no username or password was given to me. No tickets obtained and no concert attended. Scammed out of about $800.00. EventTicketCenter gives no refunds unless event cancelled. Total scammers. This was an expensive lesson. Please learn from my mistake.

I had purchased 9 Eagles tickets (~$2,700) in Nov 2019 (pre covid). The concert was understandably postponed due to Covid, however once the concert was finally rescheduled (for the 3rd time) TicketMasters and the American Airlines Center offered full refunds due to Covid/vaccination/testing requirements in order to attend and several of the people in my group were unable to go. I contacted EventTickets and they refused to refund the money even though TicketMasters were issuing full refunds They are a dishonest bunch to work with so do yourself a favor and NEVER let them have your money. You will regret working with them.

May 2020. It got postponed due to pandemic and rescheduled to Sept 4 2021. As of today 09/02/21 I just received an email stating g the tickets have been shipped and out for delivery 09/03/21,. Brit Floyd concert was rescheduled from last year to 6/27/2021 in Stockton understandable. Yesterday got room near by, walked to venue and no show. Web site still show event rescheduled to last night. Been waiting for customer service to answer for some time now. This ticket broker shared me 4x the actual ticket price. I was unaware that the event was selling the tickets directly. UNREFUNDABLE. A $250 mistake. Tickets were $67 and no extra fees. Don't make it too.
