I live too far to bring it back to the store plus I didn't feel the need to pay a $20.00 "membership fee" because I don't shop here much but I ordered a kayak carrier and had to return it, it didnt fit in my garage. They blindsided me with a $45.00 (usps) return shipping fee, I went to UPS to compare prices $35.00 what a waste. Their claim of "100 percent guaranteed" is not guaranteed.

Concert scheduling falls into the hands of the artists and venues, meaning we have no control over whether a show is canceled or postponed, or when it is rescheduled to. When a show is postponed, the tickets purchased are still valid for entry on the newly scheduled date and therefore do not qualify for a refund.
