Thing were good from the moment we found the shuttel. The thing is that there isnt any clear station that cary the name of your rental service. We had a few moment we had to stand and wish that we are on the right place. After a flight with the kids those moments are better to spear from your coustomers

My experience was mostly good, however, on the last day of the rental (02 May) I was hit by another car from the rear and Europcar were meant to collect the police report and forward me a copy. This is still pending and I desperately need these documents to complete my insurance claim.
Suite à un problème nous sommes arrivés en $#*! pour récupérer notre voiture et ce $#*! a été accentué par l'impossibilité de trouver le comptoir Europcar, le site internet nous localisant le comptoir sur le tarmak de l'aéroport!? A l'aéroport personne au courant d'où pouvait se trouver le comptoir…J'ai appelé la plateforme Europcar qui malgré notre numéro de réservation ne savait pas à quel aéroport on se trouvait… Enfin, on vient nous chercher, le bureau était en fait un minibus sur le parking! Venant juste de dépasser les 2h de $#*! (alors que nous avions confirmé 1h avant…) notre réservation était annulée et pas de voiture pour nous! Nous avons dû attendre ensuite 45mn pour avoir une autre voiture… Donc un peu compliqué, cela aurait été plus simple si nous avions eu les infos avant!

Arrival at the aiport, we could not find the shuttle to drive us to the agency and had to walk 500-1000m with luggage to get there. On arrival the car was parked, rather clean (but huge shewing gum on one of the protection carpet), it took in total more than 30 minutes before we could take off, although we were the only clients. The damage report of the car was not uncomplete and a new car inspection was performed in front of us. In the meantime I started to load the car with our lugage, but the europcar employee made me unload it so that he could show me and take picture of the air compressor and tire kit repair... after that I had to move the car on a different part of the parking so that the europcar employee could take pictures of the car on all sides... I NEVER HAD SUCH AN EXPERIENCE WITH EUROPCAR. Overall very disorganized agency and not very professionnal

The staff were really friendly, the guy who took me from the airport to the rental site spoke excellent English and was very helpful. There aren't any signs to direct you at the airport but you go to Parking Area 5 to get the free shuttle. No problems signing the paperwork and checking the car over, a very smooth process

Polite employees, somewhat too long onboarding process but hopefully going forward it will be faster as all my data are already registered. Nice, fresh car provided. Please pay attention to gas returning levels, as when I received the car the gas tank was a tad lower than full (I still knowingly signed for 8/8 level).
