I'm an independent automotive shop to me time is money and my clientele I want to keep my customers happy furthermore if it takes a week for a part to come to your shop even if you have ordered the wrong part and the website that you ordered it from like this place is telling you that you can refuse it or you have to send it back in order for them to give you back your money which is understandable I shouldn't have to wait a week's time for a part to get here especially when I've got cars that need to come in and out for not just oil changes but for other things that need to be done sorry does not cut the cake and I would not recommend this business to anybody look elsewhere.
Ordered items this morning 09.00 (in stock items) paid for same day delivery Tried phoning customer services! What a joke 2 hour wait. Just yet another company using Covid 19 as an excuse for poor customer service. Won't use again and will cancel my account. Sham!

Made to wait over 1 hour because their workers are so slow, inefficient and ‘half soaked'.
The fact that the staff serving you have to share a stapler and then print out a A4 sheet of paper as a receipt tells you how bad it is.
Mangt must be even more useless to allow this to carry on!
I normally buy direct from my local depot, great guys never any problems. But due to coronavirus had to order online. I has now been eight weeks and still waiting. No reply to emails cannot get through on the phone. The worst customer service of any motor factor.
Ordered a battery that took 4 weeks to arrive. I thought that was bad enough, and then I attempted to connect it. Firstly the terminals were too small (much smaller than original ones), and then it wouldn't start the car (probably not powerful enough) despite it being recommended for my vehicle. This isn't the first time I've had issues with these bandits'. I recommend using a local motor factors even if it does cost a few pounds extra!
I ordered a part for my partners car 7 weeks ago phoned customer service on several occasions never got through to any one. I e-mailed hoping to get a reply and still nothing. I'm in the process of taking them to county court to retrieve my money. I ordered the same part from Autodoc in Germany it came within 4 days. Eurocarparts are an absolute joke, I've been a customer for a few years now more often than not they supply the wrong part even when I told them exactly what I needed.
I ordered two 5ltr cans of motor oil from euro car parts and 11 days later they delivered one. Tried contacting customer service and gave up after 53 minutes and no answer, so I sent an email explaining whet had happened. That was ten days ago and despite sending another email, this time asking them to refund my account, they haven't even bothered to reply. After the first email I phoned again and this time Someone answered after one and a half hours. After explaining the situation I was told they would sort the problem out with the warehouse and keep me informed. That was 9 days ago and I've heard nothing. I urge anyone thinking about using euro car parts to spend their money somewhere else, they are without fail the worst company that I've ever dealt with online.
Had a bead battery which carries a 4 year warranty lost my invoice been emailing and phoning for the past 2/3 weeks to get a replacement invoice so I can get the battery exchanged. But no luck lazy and poorly trained customer service staff. Rude and obnoxious sales manager at Watford branch screaming down the phone. This company doesnt care abt after service so why pay the extra and buy from them might as well buy for a cheap eBay store.
Absolutely disgusted with the total lack of professionalism from these extortionates. I paid for the part plus postage 12 days ago
And nothing. I tried phoning the helpline 3 times and after an hour gave up in disgust. Never again.
What a bunch of cowboys.

Takes your money, doesn't even send the goods (Courier tracked) and ignores all requests for help and telephone/email/messages.

Tamworth shop a joke as usual. Order online with an hour given for collection, arrive pay and join the other disgruntled customers waiting for their orders to be picked. It seems eurocarparts can't deliver the click and collect part of the business they advertise. Will be sending them an invoice for 45mins of my time.
Payed for next day delivery, received wrong part there fault, picker error, have to wait for them to collect there mistake before they send hopefully right part, meanwhile car on lift doing nothing, incompetent time wasters, going to be days of wasted time because they cant be bothered to check they are sending correct part, they could have accepted there mistake and sent correct part straight out, they cant give a f!
Purchased a set of jack stands on the 28th November 2018 and still no sign of them. Opened a Paypal case on the 12 Dec and eurocarparts haven't even bothered responding to that either. Will never buy anything ever again from this company. Awful bloody service all round from eurocarparts.
They specified a sensor for my car which turned out to be the wrong one. This is the second time I've had such a problem. Their cheap parts are obviously cheap for a reason. Their customer service aren't interested at all. The only way to get anything done is to write a bad review online - and then they'll do all they can to get it removed!
I've had it with this company, I'll never buy from them again. I'd rather pay a bit more and avoid all the hassle.
Ordered 4 parts, after 2 weeks of waiting received 3 and a random packet of screws? After a further week of waiting I tried calling but was put off as intended by the 2 hour' expected waiting time so logged a ticket online. After another week, no reply and still no item so called and waited 40 mins. Guy was not apologetic and said it looked like the part was in the warehouse so should be with me soon. Waited another another week called bk, waited 30 mins, guy couldn't give me an update so I said cancel the order. He said I'll have to transfer you to accounts dept, waited another 20 mins then the same guy came bk on to say he'll leave a message for them and then it should be processed in 14 days.
Unbelievable. Expect I'll be chasing the refund in 2 weeks.
I would have received a better level of service if I had thrown my order on a piece of paper into a chimp enclosure at Chester zoo.

Probably the worst experience I've ever had with a company.
Eurocarparts delivered a leaking car battery.
Acid leaking out, causing damage to my garage floor and other items in my garage.
25 days passed with Eurocarparts taking 3 to 4 days to reply to every communication.
Eurocarparts promised 3 times to pickup this battery/acid. Each time they failed to arrive, costing me 3 days leave from my job.
Eurocartparts offered no refund and failed to ever collect this battery. The ultimate cost to me is as follows.
1.) £38 - The cost of this leaking battery
2.) £250 - The cost of 3 days leave from work, waiting for collection.
3.) £40 - The cost of paying the local council to dispose of the battery/acid.
I will never buy anything from Eurocarparts again and I advise others to steer clear of them.

My review was removed from trust pilot as Eurocarparts pay them to remove bad reviews (shame on you Trust pilot). So now I am forced to post reviews elsewhere.
No sign of my order... try to get in touch. Waited an hour and a half on the phone then line went dead. Then waited about another hour line went dead again, the pre- recorded message says not to get in touch unless the delivery is over 10 days late! Have been waiting on the customer service chat for the whole day... Left a bad review on another site and they contacted me straight away with a DHL tracking number, but it means nothing as the parcel has not even been picked up yet... then i get an email saying my order has been delayed. I have asked for a refund but they have not got back to me yet maybe this review will help. They shouldn't be taking orders for deliveries that they can not deliver. It is clear they are at least 10 days behind on orders, but you are not made aware of this when placing orders on the website! They have taken my money and I can't get it back!
Order 5 pairs gloves and tin EGR cleaner. The gloves arrived over a period of 4-5 weeks a pair at a time. Instead of sending me EGR cleaner they sent paint lacquer. Ignore e-mails would not use the delivery service again. The discounts are a cheap advertising gimmick went to click and collect and prices same as on shelf
Website is awful. No precise details of sizes and fitment. Delivery times atrocious. Free delivery now only available on orders over £15.
Another wasted journey this morning of 26 miles. Reserved items from pathetic website, with no compatibility guide.
Asked if parts were definitely correct for my car.
Assistant went into workshop/store to double check.
Came back and said no they weren't for my car.
Correct parts for my car were double the price of parts I had reserved.
Price went from £19.99 to £45!
Needless to say I refused this price change and left the premises.
Second time in a month I have wasted time and money trying obtain parts from this company.
Really went downhill over the last year.
When you order something or contact them about ordering they are great but then it all goes wrong. I ordered a tool box over 5 weeks ago and it cam so badly damaged that I couldn't use it. I tried to contact them and was on hold for more than 5 hours without getting to talk to some one. I kept trying and eventually spoke to some one and they arranged to have the box picked up and promised a refund. No refund, I have tried to contact them more than 15 times and been kept on hold over 5 hours some times. I am still waiting for the refund that I keep getting promised. This is the worst after sails service ever. I will never use them again.
