Wrong parts received. Ignored me since lock down. Will not answer my queries and still waiting for refund
On returned goods. Staff a branch made me purchase goods again and said to take up with head office.
Small claim will be next. They owe me £47.00
Order 2 items for my car and received one even though I was charged for two! Packaging was disgraceful, one tiny part in a bloody big box, picture attached. I contacted Eurocarparts and received an automated email stating they'd get back within two days. Severn days later I've had to contact them again via email, telephoning is a joke, constantly in a queue, live chat just isn't 'Live' as get disconnected eventually. Then I received an email asking for feedback. Haha, their joking right? I won't be using these robbing bar stewards again. AVOID!
This is a live review the garage that are doing the work on my car ie mint motors Sheffield order a set of rear calipers one came within 24 hours the second is going all over the uk centers this is a complete joke if they had a real problem with the missing part own up and say so then I could have got both calipers oe parts on a guarantee 24 hour delivery. Why cannot this rubbish company do the same. They lied about delivery still waiting for delivery a complete waste of time you are euro car parts #######
Wait time of an hour to get customer service, after discussing problem with them and agreeing that I am due refund for non delivered goods, they then say that they will pass it on to customer services, "I thought you were customer service"

Shocking COVID 19 measures at Stevenage store today. I watched two different customers take USED gloves from an unmarked white cardboard box (the bin) outside the door, while new glove where in a deep store display unmarked again. Also list of keys workers is tiny, as someone who works in the forestry industry DEFRA have classed us as key workers and told to carry on. Not according to euro car parts.
All I wanted was some windscreen wash and been told to wait for 10 days to find out where it is.
So after 10 days have sent 4 emails all giving me a ticket saying the customer team are looking into it.
Don't think so up to now received no replies.
The worst service I have ever experienced virus or no virus you should not treat you customers with contempt. Will not use them ever again.
Still attempting to obtain a refund for a cancelled order 14 days later. Not responded to my latest e mail, looks like I will have to take it up with Pay Pal. First time I have used this company totally unimpressed. Rubbish customer service
I paid for next day delivery, but after paying, then received an e-mail stating the delivery would be five days later and not next day, on a part that is in stock. When I called to complain about them taking my money yet not delivering the service I'd paid for, I was given a host of excuses including that their terms and conditions explain this, whilst it is not evident on the online form... I didn't even get an apology.
Poor service and poor customer service...
Needless to say, I removed my account and won't use them again.
Euro Car Parts proudly made it to #2 of my worst internet shopping experiences. My only order was of two items. They needed over a week to deliver them. Unpacking the box revealed that they got it completely wrong. All the parts were from wrong manufacturer brands, for a wrong car brand.
Customer service reps are hard to find - they wasted me over half an hour on the phone just to let me know that the person in charge with my case is not at the office despite previously reached agreement to call her at that time. Customer service reps are not empowered to solve customer problems, but are rather trained to recite company policies.
After agreeing on return, it took them over a week to organise shipping. Then, for 3 weeks they did not bother to issue refund for faulty order. Only after reminding them again about the case, the payment was processed.
Drove to my local ECP to collect some filters. The Mann fuel filter was brought out by the gotoget guy and dropped on the counter before he attempted to make a swift exit. I noticed the state of the filter box and shouted to him to come back and open it. He then did, to reveal the black grubby fuel filter! I refused to take it, so next he tried fobbing me off again, but this time with an inferior make. Cut a long story short, upon my suggestion Im now waiting for a delivery next week. Grubby filter may be back on shelf! Totally rubbish service all round. Photos taken by me whilst box was on the ECP counter. You just couldnt make it up!
Ordered parts online, wrong part delivered, went to Woodford store and after waiting 1 hour in a queue was refused a refund because i did not have a paper receipt. I had proof of purchase and my online account order but the staff member was on a power trip and flatly refused. Attitude was worst i have ever seen. Never again. I will tell everyone how badly i was treated.
Order on 08/04/20 order was over £100 should of been next day delivery never showed up so waited 7-8 working days nothing tried to call no answer sent email got reply asking for the order number which I already sent so I sent the order number again no reply tried on social media same thing happened.

Their website recommended the wrong battery, they could not have been more unhelpful after the battery was delivered.
Refusing to accept blame, their eBay page rules the battery out but their website recommends it, one big mess from start to finish.
I even offered to take a loss to cover the postage costs but all they did was given vague answers and offered no refund or solutions.
I would never buy from them again.
They inflate online prices by up to 100 percent compared to other retailers prices of same product then offer you a discount code which brings it down to what it should be anyway, even then the products price is inflated
Never go to the store, not even click and collect. I have done so twice and both times it has been an awful experience. Waiting 10 minutes for click and collect at Andover branch and despite being the only one there, no one attend to my needs, no-one spoke to me and several employees all walked straight passed. AVOID at all costs
Don't even think about buying anything from here especially the harrow branch customer service is $#*! I was trying to order parts for my car and could barely hear the guy as there was a girl in the background chatting loudly and laughing and even ask the guy I was speaking to mid conversation to ask him about pranks they play on people and who they like working at Euro car parts. The guy was so distracted he told me my parts are in stock and then 5 mins later when I'm going to pay for them he says there not in stock anywhere and advice me to go to the dealership where it will be cheaper or same price. He doesn't have a clue what he's talking about. I even wanted to speak to the manager and he's was on another call said he'll call me back in 5 mins he never called back! What a joke of a company I definitely won't be shopping there anymore and will continue to share this story with everyone!
I have used Eurocarparst for a few years because there is no alternative locally. Both in store and on the phone the staff are unbelievably arrogant. They seem to know they have no local competition. The staff talk like plastic gangsters and are difficult to understand. It has got to the stage that I will search for an alternative however far or pricey as I feel like a mug giving them any more of my money. Note on Sitejabber they have one star average but on Trustpilot the have four and a half! They bombard Trustpilot with fake reviews but don't bother with sitejabber.
If i could have voted zero stars i would have. 14 weeks of regular emails to customer services regarding a short order and still no reply. How rubbish do they have to be. Please don't order from these jokers.
Been waiting for a refund on a battery they arranged to collect it and said refund will be 3 to 5 working days this was in april here we are in july and still waiting for the refund this company dont care or reply to e mails let alone return calls i would stay well away from this company
