Great Experience, Super-fast processing time and great customer service
Great experience, fright delivery to my residence. They called ahead to confirm delivery. And after a couple questions they determined a truck with a lift gate was needed.
Driver showed up and not only off loaded but used his pallet jack to move pallet into my garage. A+ experience.
Tow mirrors arrived in good shape. They installed easily and fit perfectly. I was surprised at how factory they looked. Took my first trip and they performed perfectly. I have an 8' 6" wide trailer and could see down both sides without issue. So far, an excellent product.

The fifth wheel hitch cover is nice quality, fits great. Fast delivery, E trailer is a great company to work with.
The holes in the plates do not align with the studs on a 2018 Volvo xc90. Had to use step bit to widen holes to accommodate extra 3/8" of distance. Installation also requires the electronics for the parking assist in the bumper to be moved to make room for the hitch assembly.

I purchased 4 trailer wheels. They showed up on time and well packaged. Etrailer is always fast and accurate, I'll be a customer for life.

Great but wrong info on site so ended up ordering wrong components.
I found the quality of the mount to be top notch and would recommend to anyone. My only complaint is the packaging needs to be better; the hitch receiver punctured the box on both sides, but the hitch was not damaged. Even the installers said the hitch receiver was of high quality!
Quick and easy got them a day before they told me i would have them easy install worked great.
I have worked very closely with Madison to make a valiant attempt at upgrading my Drum brakes to Disc. There were some pitfalls and Madison was awesome and extremely helpful in getting me the correct parts. Her positive attitude and parts knowledge made what could have been a painful experience a very positive experience. Madison is now my first call when I need anything trailer related.
