They mailed out two hitch receivers (original order and replacement item) that were poorly packaged with no reinforcement or packing material and both were damaged as a result. They accepted no responsibility of their negligence, placed all the blame on the shipper and put the responsibility on the customer to return the original damaged item (delivery of the replacement item was declined due extensive damage). The customer service rep has poor attention to detail and has been wrong or lied several times throughout this debacle. This situation has been extremely frustrating, wasted time and money, and I still have no hitch receiver and must wait up to 14 business days to receive a refund. I would avoid this company!
I ordered Air Lift air bags for my new truck, they arrived in a huge generic box with no packing material, none. The box was 5 times bigger than it needed to be. There is a million partes with these kits shipped as kits in a manufacturers box made for the air bags and parts. The order was delivered by UPS and the box had holes in it from the heavy parts just flopping around (not UPS fault). Upon opening the box a few of the hardware bags were busted open missing parts. It didn't even have instructions on how to install, I had to call the manufacturer to get them. It literally looked like they took a bunch of old parts laying around that they just tossed into an oversized generic box with Chinese labeling on it. The return policy is: must be in original packaging and unused and undamaged. It arrived not in original packaging and was beat up and damaged. Terrible company, customer service is bad, better, more honest companies out there with better pricing.
It took one month to receive an item that was in-stock. I purchased through their ebay store. They didn't reply to any messages I sent them through ebay. Their own website recognized my order by the order number. I tried calling them on the phone for customer service and they never answered the phone. While on hold a message plays saying to press "One" on phone keypad to keep my place in line and receive a call back from them. I tried this a few times but never received a call back.
When I got an email saying that the etrailer basplates I ordered were not in stock and would take about a month to get I sent back that that it would be too late for me. I had to get on the road sooner than that. That night a representative called me and we were able to get the Blue Ox base plates shipped out right away. Thanks for the great service.
My experience is like every other experience I have had in the last 12 years have been great with E Trlr. If we are traveling or at home whatever we order is delivered to our door. I will keep going back. Thx TF
I have a 2016 Mazda3 Hatchback and the install for this was super easy! I did have to lower my exhaust, and I did it on my own. Definitely would have gone faster with another set of hands, but I got it done on my own in my driveway in about 2 hours.
As I said everything went smooth except the product had a small pin hole at the faucet head I'm not going to return it I need it so I'll just make do thank you

I place an order from avideo I had saw on a storage box for my fifth wheel. I ordered it and it came really fast.
As always e-trailer is a great resource and very knowledgeable company to deal with. Unfortunately though the last few items that I have ordered have been shipped through our extremely inefficient postal service and it has been taking 7 to 10 days to deliver after I receive the email that they have been shipped. Most other companies that I order parts through ship through UPS or FedEx and delivery is always 2 to 3 days. Its got to the point that I shop around now and if someone else has what I need the same price I order from them instead of e-trailer just so I don't need to wait so long to get it.
This is exactly what I wanted, and it was one of the rare occasions that Amazon didn't answer my call, so very happy to find etrailer's easy to use store.

Spending $400 on an item, you would expect it to arrive in good condition. Box was cut and taped together when arrived. All parts were present and install went well. Initial impression upon arrival was frustrating.
