I ordered new electric brakes for our trailer in the afternoon and received them the next day by noon.
I order alot of items on line, auto parts, tools and things for the house and I have never had the kind of service that I received from Etrailer. I paid 13.00 for 3 day shipping but received my order in less than one!

Question:
Can I tow with freightliner p700 or m45 I'm looking to tow a two behind compressor approx 2500 lbs if impossible what parts tow hitch will I need thanks for your import

The only styles of hitches that can be made to fit a service body truck like your Freightliner P700 or M45 are universal hitches like the Draw-Tite Ultra Frame Service Body Trailer Hitch Cross Tube - Class V - 2" item # *******. You will want either the 7" Weld-On Bracket Kit item # 4907 or the 16 " weld-on bracket kit item # 4916. I have attached a diagram of both brackets so you can measure and decide which one better fits your needs.

Great company, So I needed a bike carrier for my BMW, too short for a roof system so I reached out to e-trailer, this company recommended the perfect trunk carrier for my 2 beach cruisers, The Yakima, I was able to install with ease, very quick with no problems. Communication was on point they replied by email with installation videos with super fast shipping.

I differ with the response that the average bike weighs 18 pounds. My bike is 33 and my wife's bike is 32. They are ordinary Walmart off the rack adult bikes. If Swagman limits a 4 bike rack to 100 pounds then, in my opinion it is not an adult 4 bike rack.

There is no proof of purchase because the rack will not hold our bikes.

Do not buy this product from e trailer. It is reported to hold 400 lbs. this product could not hold a 100 lb kayak with out drooping. Very dangerous on the road. Base support twisted. Top support dropped 12". Disappointed in e trailer. At first they denied replacement, (90 days). But I had the product for less than 30 days. Never again. With these clowns. Don't buy from them. They're not honorable

From my first call to eTrailer, the customer service rep knew what they were talking about. They're not on commission, so even though they give you THEIR DIRECT LINE if you need to call back, you can call anyone.

I needed a hard rack for a car that had no existing rails. No one seemed to have any. The car dealership itself was clueless. But eTrailer hooked me up.

One of the four components needed was on back-order, but I could log in and see the expected ship date. It jumped around because of supply chain, etc., but finally I got an email today that it had shipped. So stoked.

ETrailer is now my go-to site for similar part needs.

I ordered racks and needed them to arrive by a specific date. The expected arrival date was a week of wiggle room, so I figured even with delays the order would arrive on time. However, I continued to check the tracking the on my order and realized it had not been shipped when it said it would. I emailed to request to expedite the shipping and offered to pay extra. That was not possible so I requested to cancel my order and was told it was impossible to cancel, but I could return it when the order arrived. I thought that was a waste of time and money but decided it was their money as I assumed the price of the return was theirs, as it is at most companies. Turns out I was expected to pay 46 dollars to return an order that I tried to cancel. I would be aware that their return policies are not great and they are not willing to work to accommodate changes. I wouldn't recommend.

I needed a jack for my new trailer and had many questions about the proper fit for my trailer. I contacted the company and received immediate assistance and follow up. Jameson C. Emailed me detailed answers and helped me pick the right product. I called and later placed my order. The person who took my order was courteous and professional. What a refreshing change to find a company who provides such excellent customer service in today's world. I'll be doing business with them again!

Kevin answered my question in a timely manner, honestly, and thoroughly so there was no need for further information. His honest answer resulted in a "no sale" for etrailer.com, but they have enough of my money from prior purchases and will again.

I have come to rely on etrailer.com for accurate information on any product I have of interest.

Ordered air lift air bags Thru etrailer. They said the bags would fit. Installed them and they were the wrong ones. Called and again they verified they should fit and told me to call air lift. After talking to air lift they said those don't fit and they don't even make a bag for my truck. Then told etrailer and they said it was out of 60 return. If it was my fault and ordered wrong product then I would've left it alone but they confirmed 2 times and still were wrong and won't refund me. Never again

I had a question about the specs and it was answered completely. It's nice to talk to someone who really answers my question.

I had a question about a 360° swivel mount e-track bracket and some specific features I noticed on this product. Jameson went above the call of duty, answered the question and created a permanent web response so others who might have the same question can easily find the response. He did this in a very timely manner.

I was trying to find a rack for my 2018 Nissan Rogue(no side rails!)and finally found one on etrailer. Unfortunately the shipping was over 1 month and I needed it quick because I was moving out of state. I told Mike L."thanks but no thanks" and that was it... but it wasn't! A few days later Mike emailed me with another option for my car that would ship right away.

First order, won't fit vehicle. No inside clearance. Second order I paid $250 for overnight, I was out of time. Again sent wrong product. E Trailer, I'm out!
Your service sucks!

Received a severely damaged and poorly taped-up Thule box inside an etrailer.com box. The product was clearly damaged and repackaged before shipping.

Although I would have liked a better answer, the staff gave me the correct answer. They didn't take an unreasonable amount of time.

As always my question was answered succinctly and completely. Keep it up e-trailer gang. It is most appreciated.
