Knew the right shackle straps for my 5th wheel would be at etrailer: quickly found and ordered them. As usual was kept well informed of my order and shipping the whole way. I have high confidence in them and I'll be back

Part I ordered fit like you said it would and arrived really fast,very satisfied.
After having issues with my OEM dealer, I decided to order my hitch reciever with etrailer. My order was processed within the hour and the postal service was in possession of it within the next. Super fast and it fits perfect and installation was a breeze. Will come back.
Everything arrived as promised although packing needs attention, the items were in a much larger box with very little packing inside the box. Luckily I live nearby but if it was shipped across the country I would be concerned of damage.
