We purchased a trailer replacement for a customer who had collision damage to the rear of their vehicle. Easy to order and fast shipping.

Fast shipping, quality products, no issues. I have ordered multiple items in the past and have never had issues.

We installed but had a few snafus. Wish the bolts with spacers were a little longer. Barely got a full nut after tight.

Ordered two tires from eTrailer. They notified via email when the order shipped and it was received right on time. The tires came in boxes with handles which made them easy to move around before installation.

I asked repeatedly (phone and chat) if I needed anything else to install. No nuts to attach the drum to the axle. Multiple emails to get me to fill out this review after delivery. Glad I waited until after the install. Had to run to the parts store to get the nuts for the the drum attachment. Not convenient.

I ordered a rack that attaches to my rv bumper. The thing is perfect for my needs, as easy to install and works great! Then I ordered a trailer jack. Same story. Thank you.

Called because shipping container was damaged. Talked to a great employee, that took care of me throughout. Got into the delivery, no missing parts, just a manufacturing/welding issue that could not be excused! I purchased this unit because I needed it, could not wait for a new part of the same unit! Told no STOCK WAS AVAILABLE. Employee, made judgement call and price reduction was agreed to! Case closed!
Please, as a seller, don't pass off perfect product, cosmetic nor manufacturing defects as usual!

Simple to find the correct products, fast shipping.

I ordered my bearings with outer race. Found when I received them the bearings were correct but the outer race was too big of diameter. My bearing number matched but I had no numbers on my old outer race. Turns out you can get a different outer race for my bearing not offered as a set. The website or product description made no mention of this. Had it I would have put a set of calipers on my old outer race. I should have checked. More information on the website would have prompted me to do so.

I went to raise my Jacks and my control pad said comm. Error
I check and tested my wires and decided the module was bad I ordered module and it fixed it. I had 12 volts to all fuses and key pad when I tested this but had no ground

Hail storm came through and broke all the vents and the AC cover on our 48' Living Quarters race trailer. Went online the next day, ordered all my parts and they were here to Ohio in 2 days. The trailer hitch was very well made and fit in nicely. No instructions, but it was pretty straightforward. The one thing I was disappointed in was the lack of hardware. I was a little worried I wouldn't be able to remove the original rusted bolts, and even more disappointed that I had to reuse those same bolts to attach the hitch. Even if they weren't rusted, the replacement bolts should be 1/4" longer to compensate for the added trailer hitch mount thickness.

The chains came very quickly which was important because as a 76 year old woman I knew I would need time to practice putting them on.
