I received my order and was please with the lighting items that came and as they are high quality that I expected. The tail lights that I ordered did not have the attachement hardware that was clearly described on the website. I did an online chat with representative and was promptly sent new lights along with the proper attachment hardware.

Everything was pretty straight forward when shopping in etrailer.com. Was easy to brows and return to where I left off. Is one of if not the most simplistic, user friendly sites I have used. The delivery was said to have gotten here on a Friday but really didn't show up until the following Monday. Not an etrailer issue but typical UPS inconsistency.
