Watched video discussing replacement part for entertainment system I had in my RV and suggestion provided by etrailer. Ordered the suggested part came to my house in about 3 days. It can't get much easier than that. Installed exactly as described with no modification

Had exactly what I was looking for with several options to choose from. Product arrived on time and packaged with care!
Was able to easily find and order the correct product for my RV. Ordering process, including order tracking, was easy. Product arrived in the expected time.
Product itself was of average quality. The prior windshield wipers (original) seemed heavier and sturdier. This included that the original wipers had more of a pronounced bow, so that the ends of the wipers made more secure and constant contact with the windshield. That said, the new wipers do an adequate job of clearing water from windshield.
One last observation was the packaging. The product itself was 23" l x 3" w x1" thick. The shipping package was 43" x 13" x 6.5"...plus additional packaging material. It would be nice if less packaging could be used and still protect the product during shipping.
Appreciated the RV specific search for windshield wipers.

Me being from Canada, USPS is not the fastest. Package was hung up for a week at Canada Customs.
FYI,there was no tracking after entering Canada. UPS I think would have been faster, although more expensive. Just saying.
