You guys need a better QA/QC process. For the wrong parts to show up but invoiced for the right part there is a quality control issue. I had to go onto your website to try and find the wrong parts you sent me so I could give you a number of what was sent to me and explain it was not the right part number.

Etrailer had exact parts needed to rebuild my bike carrier. If it were not for them i would have had to buy a new bike carrier. They also shipped out on the same day I ordered and my package arrived a day sooner then what my tracking # said.

Overall good fit. The back passenger side hole didn't line up as good as the others but that may be on me as I may not have gotten as much of the rubber sealant off of the chassis as I should have.
Had to buy a bigger step bit as the die grinder was taking too long.
My wiring harness came in a matter of days after I ordered it. The instructions were clear to include photos which really helped. The only thing that the kit did not contain was the proper 30amp fuse which was easily obtained from an auto parts store. Fantastic response time, instructions, and pricing compared to others to include the OEM. Definitely recommend this company for those wishing to buy a hitch kit and accompanying harness.
