I purchased a Lippert solid steps with 3 steps for my 2024 travel trailer. Steps arrived as stated however they arrived at no fault of Etrailer box destroyed! I sent pics of box and contents damages inside to Tiffany and she was Excellent! Returned my call Immediately and made everything right with me! Their customer service team os better than any I ever have tried to deal with. From the customer Rep like Tiffany to the manager of shipping and their tech guys are awesome also! They actual seem to care about your business. Totally why I will promote and continue to purchase from them!

The Hitch was difficult to install(PN/*******). 2017 Chrysler Pacifica touring L gas. This install was one of the worst I have done. Instructions indicated 45 minute install NOT. Plan on a wee bit more time, like a coupla 3 hours.Chrysler was not thinking ahead about trailer hitches when they built this gut pile. That being said, the Draw Tight hitch is well built and should serve you well. One complaint would be the mounting hardware. The heads on carriage bolts were to large to fit through some of the openings in the Pacifica frame (Chrysler's fault) So you might have to run to the hardware for some Grade 5 hex bolts. You WILL have to use the FISH Wires that came in the install kit. The difficult thing is getting the nuts started when the Frame bolts are in place, extremely tedious condition. Take your time. It''s real easy to lose a bolt inside the frame member. To sum it up... I don't want to do a another Pacifica. Good luck, patients is a virtue with this one.

As I went thru my boxes it appears to have everything that was ordered. Now to get it all installed.
Unit fit as stated to replace original unit in our 5th wheel camper. Pretty ease to install. Just had to change the direction of the exhaust fan using part off old unit as water to mount under the cabinet and vent out the side of unit.
