The box arrived a bit scraped up and the hitch had several small scratches in various places. Not a big deal in my case as my install required touch up of modifications made to the bumper, but you may want to have some black paint on hand to touch up the hitch before installing.

Box came ripped open. All the pieces were still in the box and the part still works.
The plug fit just like OEM. Bought because one of the pins in my 7 way corroded off and this was a direct fit. Put some dielectric grease in the connector as well to hopefully prevent it from happening again.

The delivery was quick. The product is well made. It wasn't hard to install but make sure you have a 7/8 inch (22mm) socket with a 5 - 10 inch extension and a long socket wrench or preferably a torque wrench that can pull 135 ft-lbs. It took an hour start to finish.

EZ PZ installation for the Progressive Dynamics PD4045: I am a very active Amateur Radio "ham" operator and my RV camper is the location of my primary radio station. I am a member of a club with many other radio hams who have campers. Other hams have reported that the DC converter units in their campers generate a great deal of Radio Frequency Interference (RFI) to their radio operations. But the Progressive Dynamics units are as quiet as a mouse when it comes to radio interference and the PD4045 Replacement Converter section not only was an easy install but also is as RF-quiet as the original. This equates to careful engineering design and production on PD's part and is much appreciated by the ham radio community.
