I have installed many of these receivers in the past. This particular one bolting up to the Jeep grand Cherokee was super easy. I also purchased the light kit harness. Using the video provided on your website really helps with installation. Thank you for that insight to help the consumer make decisions on whether or not it's a project they can handle. First delivery had the hitch in a box that it did not fit into properly. Hitch arrived bent and damaged as well as the box had multiple holes in it. Second delivery the hitch was just wrapped in plastic wrap.

A pleasure to deal with eTrailer! Nice video showing how to install the Tow-Pro Liberty in my 2017 Toyota Highlander but getting access to the brake controller trigger wire is MOST difficult. So far I have not been able to get the connector our of its socket so I can access the green wire discussed in the video. Also, more detail needed on how to remove the knockout so that the dash mount control can be installed.
