I have a Revel 4x4 Van that the water control panel had a massive leak. This is a known issue with Revels and the lack up insulation so they are not a 4 season unit. I bought mine used and found out it wasn't winterized. E-Trailer had the parts in stock and I had the van fixed and ready for a trip in under 48hours.

Website is easy to use. I wish there were cross references sometimes to items that would fit a specific model. But I know that there are so many, it is hard to figure out which water tank to get. I tried to replace my fresh water tank and just cannot figure it out. It is almost like everything is designed so you have to take it to the dealer...and they are expensive.

I've never had an issue working with etrailer - from asking questions on what will work or not work in my situation or what is recommended - to ordering, shipping and any follow up after the receipt of the order. Only 'issue' is not having an easy way to 'log in' and see a full listing of al my orders. I just saw for the first time a listing of my recent orders without having to log in, so not sure how that is working (cookies maybe?). Also, on the email I just received asking if I have received order # xxxxxx- it would have been nice to know what that order consisted of without having to pull it up online as I recently have a few orders going and was not sure what order was being referenced.
Took me an hour because I decided to take the rear bumper off and also clean dirt off with a rag, it took 80min instead of 40min. The holes did not line up perfectly so I put it on with the bolts all loose and tightened each one up slowly, each nut 4 turns and then moved on to the next nut until firmly tight and then finish by using a torque wrench for the correct torque specs.
I haven't had an issue with the items i have purchase with E'Trailer.
My only complaint is being asked to fill out the surveys. I have a tremendous amount of work each day.

We needed a receiver hitch that would slide in the trailer to get the other receiver hitch to be about 20inches of total drop. This product achieved that.
Air bag box showed up with side of box blowed out, should have been double boxed like the compressor was. Bag inside was tore opened with hardware everywhere! Ido not know if everything is there! I do not plan to install for 2-3 months due to knee surgery. So I do not know how to handle the situation if some thing is missing? You should have double boxed it and not been so CHEAP! Problem solved
