Past several years have ordered a number of different products for automotive and now also for a small camping teardrop style trailer. Never been "let down" by any poor service or untimely delivery. Everything arrived on time. Hitch box was a bit damaged but no damage to the hitch or wiring harness inside. The email notifications were just the right amount and found it handy that the email contained links to the install videos.
All good, came as described only issue I had to create offsets so the u-bar clamp did not go so far up to pierce the water proof bag. Needed about 3/4 of an inch offset for the 2021 Toyota Highlander roof rack crossbars.

The bolts were a bit strange with grade 8 bolts paired with grade 5 and visa versa. One metric, one standard. The front ones are a tight fit but managed to wedge them on. Rear were a piece of cake.
I had to cut off the little button that turns the led lights on in order to hook it up with my rv front lights. In order to replace rv cap lights you need light strips that have just the wires necessary to replace the old lights. I purchased a 12" light strips. Now I need to find a 24" light strip in blue lights.
