The original order was cancelled since the product was out of stock even though I was able to process the order originally. After allowing the substitution, I waited for delivery which happened today. The box is damaged, and the produce I received had been repackaged--it was obviously something that had been returned. It is a Christmas gift and I hope it is in good shape as i have run out of time.

I received my order a day before expected. The assembly instructions could be a little more detailed. Everything worked well on a test drive. I'm looking to take the bikes to Arkansas soon. That will be the real test.

Although I haven't had the chance to test its performance in the snow yet, overall, I'm satisfied with this product due to its fast delivery and good quality. However, there are some minor drawbacks: it's made in China and lacks independent packaging, so I can only give it four stars. Because of these reasons, I had to purchase a storage box myself. If the product came with a simple storage bag, it would be perfect!
ITs a trailer hitch, It fits, Its good quality, its made out of metal and powder coated black. Its allows you to tow things or mount things. What more could you want in life? Maybe ill tow a brand new motorcycle back home, who knows, the possibilities are endless!
