Clean look, sturdy rack system. Would be 5 stars, but I had to modify the caps in order for them to fit, as the bars did not extend beyond the cradles. I did enter the info for my truck and tonneau cover. Made it work though, and I dont regret the purchase at all!

Never a bad experience with ETRAILER. I did a lot of research before ordering the Curt hitch and am not disappointed. I have not used it yet but very heavy built. Shipping was quick and free. Will not hesitate to buy from Etrailer again.
Pros:
1. Great customer service when you call. Most ecommerce companies don't allow you to call them. The reps are usually pretty well trained.
2. Shipment comes when expected and with everything in the box.
3. Pretty good range of selection

1. You have to work on your website, its in need of a refresh. You need better search. You have to many similar products and hard to tell them apart. Example, side marker light. Some have one wire, some have two. Some are amber, some are red. Some you have lots in stock and some you have 2 in stock. A lot of very similar looking products and hard to differentiate. Would be great to have Q&A on the site. Call answerbase for that feature.
Great purchase! The Curt replacement fairing is much better than the original plastic one - it's METAL! The description on etrailer.com says plastic. I took my chances ordering it because of another customer's review on their website. I was very impressed with etrailer's packaging! I made the trip to me unscathed. AWESOME job packaging etrailer! I ordered a single 14" rim. The box that it came in was much larger than the rim, and the extra space was not filled with packaging material for protection. The result was that there are some spots on the edge of the powder coated rim that were significantly scuffed from rubbing back and forth in the oversized box.
I needed a new aluminum 8 lug 16x6 trailer wheel for my Sundowner trailer. Sundowner no longer sells them. I messaged eTrailer who got back to me right away saying they can't get the exact finish of Aluminum wheel I used to have but that the two tone wheel they sell is in stock ready to ship. ETrailer had a good price on the wheel and free shipping and I had it in a couple of days from my order!
