A cardboard box doesn't have much of a chance surviving when there is a heavy trailer hitch inside of it. Mine arrived with large holes punched out in several spots. Fortunately the hardware was securely taped to the hitch and impossible to shake loose. Also, hitch fit my vehicle perfectly and etrailer's installation video was extremely useful and accurate (which is primarily why it buy from etrailer)

I was shipped a hitch that had suffered some damage prior to arrival. ETrailer quickly replace the item and supplied me with a return shipping label to return the damaged item. Given the circumstances I couldn't be more please with their service.
