I have a 28 foot travel travel that I put at least 10,000 miles on every year, so it is in constant need of some kind of repair or upgrade. This time I only needed three small items. Etrailer had them all at a good price. I didn't need to go looking anywhere else.

I got a set of air bags for my 05 f250 and the shipping was very quick at only a day or two and the kit was very easy to install since it was a no drill kit and so far the bags are doing a good job of saving the leaf springs from the absolute whooping my 14k trailer puts on them.

Great huge box for a small item. Could have been shipped in a thin box or padded envelope.

Parts arrived on time. As described in listing. At a reasonable price.

Good experience except hitch arrived with damage to shipping carton which could have been bad. The video on product and installation was excellent

What a nice piece of equipment, very nicely built, instructions excellent, shipping on time.

Product, Customer Service and delivery were great however you leave with a bad taste in your mouth when you find the exact same product on a different website for less than half the Etrailer cost. I mean we all know the part cost less than $5 so does Etrailer really need to sell it for over $30. I found the same part for $14. I will now always shop Etrailer for a better price elsewhere.

All good here, showed up on time and in good condition. Won't be using it for another couple of weeks. Once I do I will add some comments on how it works.

The package arrived and the box was broken open. It looks like it is all there. The "C" channel is beefy! I don't know if the hardware will work for the lift yet. Going to be installing it on an airstream flying cloud. The q and a responses from other users was what let me to being confident about the purchase.
