This is my third trailer hitch I have purchased through eTrailer. The quality and fit have all Ben perfect!
This latest hitch came with quite a few puncture in the box and part of the hitch sticking out. There is also some abrasion. I think part of that may be due to the high volume of packages at Christmas time, but some packaging material could better support the hitch inside the box.
Overall very happy with the hitch and the amazingly quick delivery.

Purchased a weight distrusting hitch. The eTrailer description accurately depicted the item and gave an honest assessment listing pro's and con's. For example this hitch offers moderate away protection at the cost of possibly being noisy from the friction of metal pieces rubbing. This approach enabled me to make an informed decision and avoids ugly surprises after the purchase.
Note if you choose the bags with the Jounce Bumpers, in a stock unlifted truck, the weight of the truck will rest on the Jounce Bumpers eliminating up travel, and when you hit even a small speed bump, it will buck you horribly and on the down travel will bottom out. Makes for a terrible ride experience. The kit itself is well made, unless you have at the very least a 1" or more of lift in the rear don't make the same mistake as me, get the bags WITHOUT the Jounce Bumpers. I feel there should be a warning of some sort for this issue, I see others have experienced the same...
