The terrible experience with their wireless internet service and we following it for almost 2 weeks,,,the customer care team is just busy with re registering the complaint and escalating the complaint without any action. We want to port to du service but in that case they are demanding 2000 will be charged as exist charge.really trapped be careful to opt this service
Money is more important than to provide better customer's experience. Extra bills, very poor mobile data like 1 bar, if you didn't pay in just 1 month they will cut your line. Bad experience very worse. Cheap! You cant able to stop your post paid anytime you want, like you dont have any options and draw your money for bad servise!
I have never seen is such a growing city connectivity is sad.left home internet. Now most of the time I get notifications. Calls just don't go thru. I stay in Aldubaiba building Mankhool. U claim to be best. I m sure if I say worst also is less. Staff having attitude so left home internet. God only knows where are you heading

Very poor customer service.we changed the sim card from visitor card to permanent card and automatically they took the internet credit without mentioning this to us.When we complaint they ask us to complain against the staff member but no help from etisalat side

Very poor and UAE most expensive service provider for internet 🛜 home. I highly recommend to subscribe du. They care about their customers. After rebrand etisalat automated all services and the forget to care about their customers. They do not provide full service and if you ever try to claim as per your bill. They will charge you for everything. Do not ever think to subscribe Etisalat's. Do not enter in contract with them.
2 years ago, we got this etisalat plan Elife 250Mbps, for which we were asked to pay 409 dhs per month and then i have no idea for what they are adding extra amount in our bill, making us to pay 445 dhs per month and now after completing the commitment of 2 years i got 465 dhs bill. Its a scam company which has completely useless wifi, does not support into the other rooms in the apartment, just works in the hall, and landline was given as compulsory but was said to be used as free. Honestly, i am completely disappointed with the service. Today itself i contacted customer care for disconnection.
Before few years there were no much options for data and Call locals or international.
But nowadays there are many deals for all services.
Some suggestions to make more improvements for making Etisalat as the best service provider as are below 👇
1)Please ask or take a survey with the customers because they are the end user for your service.
2) the create plan in the Etisalat app is high cost compared to other services.
3) my suggestion is to provide convenient plan for all people so that they can continue the service regularly; please provide data plan like - 50gb a month with a fair price of 50 aed. It will boost and your sales may increase unbelievably.
Current there are plans of 150gb 200 gb or 300 gb but cost also is high.
Provide some plans which are pocket friendly.
I recently bought Etisalat Home wireless connection(4g), and the rental of this plan is 199 in the offer(after 12 months It will be 299). I set up the device and I was trying to use the internet but it was not working I called customer care and came to know that if we move this device(even a single inch) then It will stop working. Customer executive was trying to help me but in the end, the internet did not work. I wasted 2 hours in the troubleshooting. I canceled the contract on the same day I received it.
This connection is good for those people who don't have any dependency on the Internet or who work without the Internet. It is not good for the Work from home.

When a line is asked to be disconnected, please simply cancel it. After a while, I found four months of pending payments without any prior notice.
They disconnected the home line and threaten of travel ban!

Requesting for technician can only be done thru hotline. Business centers are not allowed to cancel or reschedule the request. This would have been ok ok only if Hotline people do really pickup calls. However i have spent my entire day waiting on-queue just to get assisted.
They put you to talk to an automated machine that does not help you. Just takes you in circles. I visited the outlet in festival city only to be told they don't deal with internet and no assistance or alternative offered. They staff said they wont be there any more everything will be digital. I changed my line to du now I am changing my net to Du as well. I know it wont bother them but its fine. Just need a piece of mind and be assisted by humans.
Worst internet connection and service ever. And funny enough one of the most expensive service around the world. So funny that they brag about their superior service everywhere when on fact its horrible. What they sell you is actually 80 per cent less of what you get. Avoid at all cost it if you can. Or just buy their lowest package since they are the only internet provider in uae
Goto another company. These people will tell you that you're phone is the issue, or your connection is the issue when you explain to them their server is down yet again, that you can make payments online, that you're out of data and need to recharge etc
They make excuses, offer ZERO support and don't give a damn if they lose you as a customer. Go elsewhere!
I am traveling and my Etisalat SIM is not connecting to the local network where I am. It's been 4 days I have been trying to reach someone to talk to at Etisalat with no avail. All I get are automated systems that are absolutely useless. I am likely to be disconnected from my number for the next two weeks until I return. Once I am back I am surely moving my number to Du. This is completely unacceptable!
This scammers would eat your money out! They disconnected the services due to non-payment and still continue to charge me monthly. Now to cancel the subscription, I have to wait at the end of the month and pay to switch it to prepaid. And by the way there will be charges on switching it to prepaid. This is bull$#*!! Money eaters! I would not recommend this network to anyone and would never wanting to deal with this company again. They dont even deserve a star. Shame!
I've been using etisalat 12 mbps plan and they for no reason reduce the speed below 0.7 mbps, it is extremely frustrating because my work is online, i get slow speeds and am unable to do things, i pay for the wifi but on many days they cut the wifi slow and it is very very infuriating. At this point i am fed up of their services and can leave them anytime. My personal suggestion never use etisalat use any other telecom company!
Etisalat staffs are not educated about the plans, dont know what to say and says multiple things each time. Why is it that when you are going to Etisalat to take an account, you are being treated royally and when I want to cancel the account, Im being just given a number and asking me to call that number? When I went to Etisalat store in Madinat Zayed, the guy who says he is the acting manager was rude to me and was raising his voice against me. Wow! Is that how you treat your customers? Good job! If only you teach your people to behave first!
Very bad experience on the Service beside the employee ask for cash for Installation, I request my receipt and say they were going to email it. Never put the service, the Internet was cancel and the money was gone the employee is Mohammed Phone number *******372. Be aware with him. I already put a Complain with Etisalat
How is it possible that Etisalat still does not solve the problem of internet at home and TV questions for more than three years, and it just passes the time so that the customer is forced to pay without receiving the proper service, and without checking, it makes the customer tired and does not care about Etisalat and problems. The Internet and the televsion system have become televised and here Etisalat is profiting and not responding. This process has been going on for more than three years and even though I filed a complaint and said that this time I will only talk to the manager, he did not take responsibility at all...
Lack of time management, lack of planning, lack of responsibility, and failure to solve the customer's problem is normal for Etisalat. The only goal is to get money every month and not respond and play with the customer. I was with them for two years and I never had these problems. They just talk and then the technician is either not trained or doesn't come at the specified time.
Trying to speak/connect with etisalat customer service representative is the worst! It takes for ever to get someone on the line to assist you, once you finally get someone you get disconnected, and they don't call you back… the WORST! Especially when you are having connectivity issues.
