Please stop its operations everywhere in the world. Save human beings from this gang. Call to all governments, please save dignity and humanity from Etisalat.
I called customer service to inform them that I am moving and that i will have to relocate to an apartment in the same building. Instead of cutting it after the moving day. They cut it on the spot and give me an appointement after 5 days for the technician to come and relocate the connection. Finally when I complained they asked for 50 AED to restore internet connection.
It's the worth company I ever deal with internet all of sudden I don't have for hours my bundle minutes all off the sudden are gone you call customer service they admit the problems but there's no slotion theyre the worth ever don't waste you money and time on them.
The most appoling phone company I never been with, I have had Telephon in UK and Spain but this is the most appoling company. They misinforme you and send you confusing sms. They are only interested in getting your hard earned money. Some of the people answering the phone their English is very difficult to understand and keep going on and on about the same thing and repeating what you just told them

As my own experienc. After got selected as sales
Executive for SMB for A7 Area got trained from team leaders. They sake me out today for silly reasons telling this month we don't have open right now there is opening for next month. They make me seat out for full 3days to say this.
One is horrible CEO SAJEEV in etisalat channel partner TMQ he joked on me in Malayali language.
I ask him for my job salary for 11days he just treated me like beggar and give 20AED to travel my destination.
Take seriously step on this guy bcoz. I don't want any Muslims brother should suffer like me jazakallaha khair.

Before few years there were no much options for data and Call locals or international.
But nowadays there are many deals for all services.
Some suggestions to make more improvements for making Etisalat as the best service provider as are below 👇
1)Please ask or take a survey with the customers because they are the end user for your service.
2) the create plan in the Etisalat app is high cost compared to other services.
3) my suggestion is to provide convenient plan for all people so that they can continue the service regularly; please provide data plan like - 50gb a month with a fair price of 50 aed. It will boost and your sales may increase unbelievably.
Current there are plans of 150gb 200 gb or 300 gb but cost also is high.
Provide some plans which are pocket friendly.
I have taken a new land line for my business and been 2 months till not not installed
The person called me the first week when i had filled the application and informed me that some device is out of stock and did not give me any date or time
I have been following up every day and they keep pushing me like a ball
800 101 says this is busines and call ******* and they say call *******
And the agent i contact says that the device is out of stock
2 months they cannot provide a land line

Disgusting customer service. Staff is useless. Wanted to apply for Wireless Connection for 199 AED made 23 in way to Marina moll, where lady told me that I can apply only online. Then I wanted to apply online with my Emirate ID and guess what. Error in system. Called them they told me that I am not a Cluen so I have to buy a number for 35 AED and then I can apply and order something from their site. Ridiculous.
Good: payment portal, advertisements
Bad: Frequent freeze, loading errors and lag in loading pages, inability to see bills most of the times.

The business in the world zero customer service Ian in treble withthem from 5 months I got business five month ago the billing is coming but still I don't have the connection
First of all their house moving internet option is not working in the app, i went to the business center to initiate the request that i will be moving out to new place and i gave them the dates, one of the customer service called me after 2 days to fix the appointment for the technician to your new place and right after that they cut off my internet connection without informing me from my old place, i called them so many times but every time some their agents said it'll be restored in few minutes and later on they stopped picking the call and their automated service is even more worse, if the case is open and pending from customer service they'll not allow you to connect with any advisor to take update.
More pathetic thing is the communication gap between the advisors some of them said it shouldn't be disconnected unless you move out and some said that it gets disconnected once u initiate the request. Over all worst experience will not recommend it to anybody. Better to go for Du internet or virgin.
Worst customer service ever, waiting for few hours with very slow service, either you need more employees or teach your employees to work in a more productive way
Recently had this really bad experience with the sales team. A sales person bullied me into taking a plan with etisalat mentioning internet would be provided in my residence. When I noticed the address on my contract I told them it wasn't the correct address. The sales and processing team mentioned its ok just provide your correct address to the installation team. After which the installation team tells me they cannot install the internet service to my apartment. When I tried to contact the sales team the person who offered me the sale, he did not even bother answering my call or replying to my query nor did he bother returning my calls. That's when i realised the sales team at Etisalat are just a bunch of bullies who can do anything to get a sale and then forget their customer after the sale is done. By far my worst experience with Etisalat. I hope the reputation of Etisalat is not duped by employees like these. For this experience I was forced to add a star so I could submit my review. But honestly they don't even deserve that one star.
I requested for a home shifting last week and I informed them that I will be moving out on Saturday and since I call them every day some other technician will call me and ask me weather a iam at home while I keep explaining them that I will be there from Saturday 30-jan-2021, but same thing will repeat next day some other guy will call and ask the same question, and today i. E on Thursday 28-01-2021 they disconnected the line where as my appointment is on Saturday for the connection, very unprofessional service, I got really frustrated with this service I wish I could have any other option for the internet service.
And I am expecting that some one will call and ask what is the issue and at least some one can tell me in advance what is going to happen.
I'm Using E life 12Mbps plan for 2 weeks.
My experience is they are actually misleading customers. In the ad they are saying it's 12Mbps plan unlimited,land line to land line call is free. But actually I'm getting 8-9 Mbps download speed and uploading speed only 3Mbps. I contacted customer care executive,Then they told me the downloading speed only 12Mbps, uploading speed will be 3Mbps.
But what I'm thinking is Etisalat cheating customers. They suppose to display about the all speed information and limits in the front. I mean front in the add. It's disappointing from a most leading company.
