Very Satisfied. For whatever reason, we missed the notification to the renew our tags. When recognized that our tag has not been renewed, we renewed online and right away we received notification that our payment has been received and new Registration Certificate.
Order my car title and got it within 4 days. Company responded fast.
Was so easy and quick! I was late to renew and they got here in just under a week.
No e recibido nada ya es mucho tiempo y no tengo nade de lo que ya page
The registration for my truck needs to be renewed (Maryland). I went online to renew the tags (May 20th). Somehow, I fat-finger logging into etags site by mistake, instead of the MD MVA site. I paid the $193.02 for the two-year renewal in Maryland using a debit card. Etags double billed my debit card $193.02 twice ($386.04). I emailed etags customer service. I got a reply they would credit my account (May 21st). I checked my account today (May 22nd) and they billed me AGAIN for $193.02. (Now it's up to $579.06). I emailed them again about being billed for the third time, and now they are asking for a screenshot from my bank account. Only by the grace of God did I have $400 in my checking account. I guess I should wait until I receive my refund but I'm too angry to be rational.
I did receive the follow up notification regarding receipt of the tags. My husband took the tags out of the mailbox,. Laid them down and forgot to notify me. I received the notification which prompted the need to began looking for them. My husband has early signs of dementia. The tags were located. Without this notification different results could have occurred. Thanks
Thank you for providing my DMV registration; but maybe because I was a bit rushed I should have paid more attention to the site because it is not part of NYS DMV and I was charged extra fees.
More transparency from Etags to the Consumer regarding that they aren't affiliated with NYS DMV.
I received my registration in good order and thank you!
Nice and easy I would use this when ever. I can!,!,,!,,,,,,,
I never knew I could do this online until I googled it. This was the easiest way to get my new tags.
It was an easy procedure to get these quickly. Thank you
We appreciate you taking the time to write, Ross. Thank you!
This website pretends to be a DMV service but is just an overpriced scam website. They do not refund even if they have given no service. Customer service is rude and their email support doesn't work. Class action lawsuit is needed against them and they should be forced to stop pretending to be the DMV and have a bold warning that they charge fees even if they don't give you service with no refunds.
Easy. Just order online and it comes right to you in the mail. No more DMV!
Thanks much for sharing, Janice.
Easy but way to expensive with all the hidden fees. Would never do it again. Awful!
Easy to follow instructions and expedite for delivery
Thank you DM!
Fast and easy service. Greatly appreciated. Nothing further needs to be
Thank you for sharing this William.
Absolutely horrible company and scam. Deceptive website that I thought was the DMV but was not. Charged me over double to get my registration and no way to email them or to contact them or cancel my order. Had to contact my bank to file a dispute and yet I still dont have my registration.
Answer: Hi Karl, yes, you can. If you are already an owner of the vehicle, you can order a duplicate or replacement title if you lost your original copy. If you need to transfer ownership into your name, you can also request a transfer of the title only without applying for a registration. We provide both of these services in Florida, California, and Pennsylvania. New York services will be online soon. Visit eTags.com to choose the state and service. If your vehicle is not currently registered in any of those state or you are not transferring that title to that state, you can still do the same service directly with the DMV in the state you are in. Thanks for your question and best of luck.
Answer: Hello Patricia, thanks for your question and our apologies on the delay in reply as we do not check this third party, independent website regularly. You certainly can order a duplicate Florida title on our website by visiting https://www.etags.com/app/fl/print-title. If you have any questions or need any assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us directly by phone or email were we promise to get back to you in a prompt time frame. Take Care and Drive Safely.
Answer: Hi John, thanks for your question. We currently offer renewal service online in California, Maryland, and Florida. You will be able to still use our service if your vehicle is registered in California or Florida. Please keep in mind that the DMV will require we collect the past due amount along with the fee to bring your tag current through the next year. If your vehicle is registered in Maryland, the MVA requires you renew in person if you are more than 6 months late so you will not be able to complete the order online with eTags. Let us know if you have any other questions.
Answer: Hi John, thanks for your question. If you would like to no longer receive emails from eTags, you can click on the "Unsubscribe" link located at the bottom of any email you received from us. We can also unsubscribe you if you would like to send us your order ID or tag number and name on the order. Answer: Hi Wilma, thank you for your message. We apologize for the delayed reply as this site (sitejabber.com) is not owned or operate by eTags and we do not monitor communications via this independent reviews website regularly. Our support team can respond to inquires within 24 hours if we are contacted directly by phone or email. On our website, both before and after and order is submitted for Florida registered vehicle, we itemized our service fees and we disclose that your state registration fee is to be determined (TBD). The Florida registration fee is not listed on the website becuase, since we are not the DMV, we have to send your plate information to a state licensed agency to calculate that amount and that is done offline. We do provide a resource before the order is placed that allow you to estimate the amount of your state registration fee and we also disclose on our website that we are not owned or operated by any government agency. We apologize if you missed that information prior to completing your order. Your registration was already renewed on 3/24/17 and this cannot be reversed with the state DMV. Your tags were already shipped to the address you provided us at the time you placed your order. Please contact our customer support team directly by phone or email and they will be able to assist you with any additional questions or concerns you may have.
Awesome! Thank you John.
