Easy to request etags but I did not realise that I would be paying extra fees for the experience. Then when I did receive registration card and tags in the mail I received them for another person with a different vehicle. I called immediately to have proper tags sent to me which I received in a few days. Altogether a very disappointing experience.

Why charge a credit card fee? When a debit card is given. I have noticed other vendors DO NOT CHARGE.
This was okay for the most part but the papers state that we are supposed to submit proof of insurance and you never provided a link to do that. I do have proof of insurance and want to be totally compliant.
More fool me, I fell for it. I do not need an agency to get my tag. It is only a matter of sending my check to the REAL government and it comes in the mail. Shame on you. You should make money doing true useful work, like most of us do.
3 cars and a motor home parked for 4 to 7 years in dead sister's back yard all given to her by me. She has been dead for 2 years and the cars have been stored on private property for 4 to 7 years. All I get from you guys is bul$#*! about how to fill out obtuse forms. You have her death certificate, the probate papers giving me authority over her estate. 7 revisions so far and no progress. $#*! you! Take my money and shove it. You are what is wrong with California government.
This is done online so that part was easy. Florida apparently has contracted this out to a private company, so it costs $70.00 now but I did get my new sticker.
