IT WAS VERY EASY ORDERING; HOWEVER, THEY FOOL YOU BY NOT SHOWING THEIR SERVICE FEE BEFORE HAND AND SO ONCE I FOUND OUT THEY WERE CHARGING $24.95 SERVICE FEE + $5.95 FOR SHIPPING AND HANDLING, I IMMEDIATELY CONTACTED THEM; COULDN'T REACH BY PHONE; EMAILED IMMEDIATELY; NEVER HEARD FROM THEM; THEY SHIPPED IT OUT WHEN I EMAILED TO CANCEL IT, AND I FEEL YOU ARE VERY DEVIOUS IN THAT RESPECT. IT IS SO WRONG TO CHARGE A 93 YEAR OLD WOMAN WHO ONLY GETS $687 FOR SS TO CHARGE THIS AMOUNT. IT IS SO WRONG AND THEN NOT ADDRESS ME WHEN EMAILED. THANKFULLY, I GOT MY TAG, AND THAT I AM THANKFUL FOR BUT I FEEL THE SERVICE AND SHIPPING FEE SHOULD BE SHOWN BEFORE CHECKING OUT AND ASKING FOR PAYMENT. I WOULD APPRECIATE A REFUND FOR AT LEAST 1/2 OF THOSE CHARGES. IT IS SO WRONG AND THEN NOT TO ANSWER THE EMAIL OR CALL IS VERY POOR BUSINESS PRACTICE.
You border on being a fraudulent company. You mislead the users into thinking you are a government organization and then charge a fee that is much too high.

There was a mix-up on the reading of one of the numerals on the plate which cancelled and delayed the whole process. I reordered on 4/14 but still have not received the new registration and tag; hopefully it wll arrive today. Thanks.
