On 27 December I had made a transaction through esewa, but showed an error, whereas my esewa got deductions. Since the vendor didn't receive amount, I had to repay the same amount. Since it was Friday and following Saturday and new year time got me distracted. However I went to my bank and they told me to claim dispute, I submitted the request with all correct details. They told me it might take time and eventually I did not get my money back. I got busy due to my personal reasons, then I went to the bank again on 23 Jan ( almost a month). They told me the ticket updates request was successful. And they suggested me to call esewa's customer support. I did talk to their CSD. They told me to send all the records of my online transaction from the day till this day (23 Jan). Now on 24 Jan I received an email which I got to follow up on 27 Jan only. And the email reads " the transaction has been successfully updated in the receivers esewa wallet ( 9813******) whereas my number was totally different. I called them this morning and asked there is a mistake. Now the CSD did not say anything on solving this confusion by themselves and just give me my money back without further stress, but directed that I should be the one to call this number and ask money back and explain this. This is totally disappointing, and had to give the review. Now you all must be thinking that the amount should have been quite significant, but I am being stressed for only Rs. 1240 ladies and gentlemen. How difficult is it to get this solved?

Worst Experience, as I am Nepali living abroad for more than 10 years and came to Nepal and was excited to see the phone pay and eSewa services which is more better than most countries right now, but I tried to put money in Esewa, not knowing there was a limit, I loaded Nrs 1,40,000 which blocked the account. Asked for help from the service providers they left me hanging for 3 days when I needed the money for travel and expenditures. Worst Experience. Worst service.

I subscribed to this service (esewa) 10 days back till now my KYC has not been varified...inspit of calling their customer service center several times, till today thay have not come up with the solution which is very inconvienent & sad, their customer service representative talk nonsense... having zero experience in the desk, really makes no sense of the response they give, I should say they lack on ( product knowledge & service commitment) disappointment!

This is so disgusting. They hold your money for no reasons. For your own money you have to deal with their Cs support who is unresponsive to your calls or chat. I am very frustrated with this Esewa. I won't be using their service again. I feel like i lost my own money.

I was happy with esewa service and customer service as well.
But, I am so shocked with their service and customer service which I have faced recently.

I have transferred money from my bank account to my esewa id. And the amount was deducted from bank account but it's never reflected in my esewa id.
After calling several times on different dates Customer service lady told me that I have correctly transferred money in my esewa id but due to some technical problem sometimes it might take time.
I have waited till date (it's been 8 days) it's not neither reflected in my esewa id nor reverted in my bank account.
I wrote 5 mails to them but didn't get response for any mail.

Now I have switched to IMEpay.
