Beware of eSewa! 😡
I've had the worst experience with eSewa customer support—it's beyond frustrating and honestly shocking how bad their service is. After spending hours on the phone (I even called 10 times in one evening!) trying to resolve a simple issue with my account, I still haven't received any proper assistance. I've tried everything: submitting a photo of my French passport, offering video calls to verify my identity, and explaining that the passport's anti-fraud design makes it impossible to submit a "clear" photo, as they requested. Yet, all I've gotten are generic responses and zero effort to actually help me.
I even documented everything and provided proof, but eSewa continues to ignore my requests for a manager and refuses to find a reasonable solution. I've been left with no choice but to escalate the matter, and I am seriously considering taking legal action at this point. I can't believe a company would treat its customers this way.
If you're thinking of using eSewa, think twice. The lack of support, refusal to solve problems, and outright negligence make them a nightmare to deal with. Stay away, save yourself the headache, and go with a service that actually cares about its customers.
