I was happy with esewa service and customer service as well.
But, I am so shocked with their service and customer service which I have faced recently.
I have transferred money from my bank account to my esewa id. And the amount was deducted from bank account but it's never reflected in my esewa id.
After calling several times on different dates Customer service lady told me that I have correctly transferred money in my esewa id but due to some technical problem sometimes it might take time.
I have waited till date (it's been 8 days) it's not neither reflected in my esewa id nor reverted in my bank account.
I wrote 5 mails to them but didn't get response for any mail.
Now I have switched to IMEpay.
