We wanted to offer our customers an efficient, safe and affordable way to escrow their funds during our milestone transactions. Our first impression was that the site was easy to use for both the buyer and the seller. Setting up the escrow accounts proved easy and repeatable for numerous clients. One of our customers was very difficult and refused to acknowledge their receipt of milestones, which held our funds in limbo for over eight months. Be very cautious if you have a milestone transaction with escrow.com. It seems like it would work better with a simple transfer transaction. I will say that the customer service we received from Kana was exceptional. Kana really went above and beyond to work with us to resolve the issues with our customer and her attention and perseverance definitely helped us out in a big way. Overall, it can be a good service, but definitely do your research beforehand and make sure that you are comfortable with how they will resolve any issues that might arise.

This is the first time I used Escrow.com The person who purchased my product is the one who recommended it and I found it to be the fastest way to complete a transaction with great support which I needed being new to a system. I absolutely would recommend Escrow.com to any friends that are looking to do a transaction in a sale of a product or the buying of a product. Me as the seller of my internet domain name missingpeople.net and it sailed smoothly. Thanks to the support of Ron, Reese and others that I required. I used Escrow to help with a lease transfer as I was providing an incentive to the transferee. The transferee unfortunately had to cancel on me but Escrow customer support was able to work with me to get a full refund when the transaction fell through. Very helpful and quick support!

I've never bought or sold a domain before, so after making an informal deal with someone, I started to research escrow services. While many exist, Escrow.com, is one that kept coming up and always in a positive light. I decided to pay extra for their concierge service, since I was unfamiliar with how the whole process worked. I'm beyond happy that I did because the acquisition process required numerous steps (sending official letters, contacting registrars, etc) and they handled all of it. The support staff, Jo especially, were extremely patient and helpful, guiding me through the entire process. If I ever need to use an escrow service again, I won't hesitate to use Escrow.com again!

They received the wired fund but have not updated their system to let the seller know the funds are in escrow. They blame COVID, their accounting department, or give you other excuses all while acknowledging they have received the funds. But without updating their system and letting the seller know they have them, they are delaying the shipping and possibly jeopardizing the transaction. I deal with over 1500 real estate transactions every year, all using escrow companies. I have never dealt with such a poorly run escrow company.

I found Escrow.com while looking for some added protection in purchasing a vehicle with a lien against it, and I'm glad I went with them! They have moved everything along very quickly, and one of their customer service agents (named Kana) kept me in the loop during the whole process. I will absolutely use them next time I need to make a major purchase or sale - they keep both the buyer and seller protected, and their team takes the time to answer all of your questions.

Once the offer is accepted you can pay into the escrow account and then go to inspect the car. If everything is as expected you can release funds to the seller right there on the spot. Two quick tips: Always make sure emails about your transaction are coming from an@escrow.com email address, and make sure you log into Escrow.com to make sure you're sending funds to the correct account.
