The world's largest provider of online escrow services. Removing the risk from online transactions with our government licensed service since 1999.
Escrow.com garners mixed feedback from customers, highlighting both commendable service and significant concerns. Positive experiences often emphasize the professionalism and helpfulness of customer support, particularly during complex transactions, which many users found reassuring. However, a recurring theme in negative reviews points to frustrating delays in fund transfers and a lack of transparency regarding fees and processes. Customers have expressed dissatisfaction with the handling of refunds and the perceived incompetence in managing transactions. Overall, while some users appreciate the service for its protective measures, others warn of potential complications and inefficiencies.

So far I like it, I buy and sell a lot of things. I was at first skeptic about buying things online but I'm glad I found you guys.
So far it's been excellent. I can't think of anything. It's far more better than most places I called.
Pretty much everything's good. All my questions were answered.
Could have been better if your Online service for title service is not clear for updates
Waiting 5+ days for payment to get to seller. Countless calls to them, I'm told different things from every rep. Yet I'm assure 'funds are in process and being sent today'. This goes on for 3 days. There's some mysterious 'review team' that can't be contacted yet holds your funds hostage. Nearly blew up the whole deal. Absolutely terrible company
Phone tree, he is being disconnected, informed of the phone time
Could have been better if escrow can improve their website
Timely resolving the issue would be great so I did not have to call back
None for now - I appreciate how fast you all worked this out for me
Website instruction could have been better specially with the cancellation
Nothing but it would be better if there are actual instructions on the system
Could have been better if seller can paid immediately
The way the fees constructed online are confusing but all is good so far
The website needs to be more user friendly. Especially to those n on sophisticated users like myself.
Honestly customer support was great so far. I did had trouble with updating the transaction online.
Nothing actually, the representative met my expectation. It would be just better if they were notified right away and didn't have to give Escrow.com a call first.
Making the steps clearer on the website, people answering the calls are helpful
I guess, not knowing how the process really works when you make a payment through ebay.
Nothing I can think of, everything working pretty well
Make the instructions a little be more specific specially with the with the steps but all is good
Answer: Hi David, we've processed just over $3 billion in transactions to date, with transactions from $100 all the way up to over $10,000,000. In addition to our regular licensing requirements, I hope you'll take a moment to look at the customer testimonials on www.escrow.com
Answer: Hi Janine! Thanks for reaching out! As the largest online licensed and audited escrow operator, Escrow.com is your best choice for domain transfer transactions. Escrow.com safely holds or secures the Buyer's payment in a trust account until the entire transaction is complete. That way, Buyers can be confident that the domain will be registered in their name and Sellers can be sure they'll be paid. We also have the concierge service for domain transfers without content where the Seller needs not to wait for the Buyer to confirm receipt and full control of the domain as Escrow.com will essentially take care of that inspection in your behalf. The Seller will only need to transfer the domain to one of our secured registrar accounts and we can release the funds to them. On the Buyer's side, they don't need the inspect period to verify the domain because we will do that for them. Our concierge team will work directly with the Seller to transfer the domain to us so there's no need for the Buyer to stress with follow-ups about the domain transfer. As soon as we secure the payment, the Buyer only needs to advise us where they want the domain to be transferred to and we will take care of the rest. Our dedicated concierge specialists will assist you every step of the way. Feel free to leave your contact details and best time to call as we are happy to discuss with you further should you have other questions. Thanks!
Answer: Hi Milly, I'm not sure I'm understanding your question exactly but Escrow.com only displays bank information on our site and never via email. Check to make sure any emails you are receiving came from@escrow.com.
Answer: Hi Doug, start by making an offer to the seller through the AutoTrader.ca's Secure Payment platform. Once the offer is accepted you can pay into the escrow account and then go to inspect the car. If everything is as expected you can release funds to the seller right there on the spot. Two quick tips: Always make sure emails about your transaction are coming from an@escrow.com email address, and make sure you log into Escrow.com to make sure you're sending funds to the correct account. Hope this helps!
