Hey guys i thought i was the buyer/ the seller gets all the costs associated with selling his equipment.
The sales tax only If from Iowa or delivering in Iowa, internet / fee on seller not buyer / premium i i guess i get a warranty with my 90 tractor? Yea right.
This sucks at best
The transaction went well. I did struggle a little bit with the internet connection at times but it is fine.
The only thing I would say is an "issue" is I still have not received my invoice and payment instructions.
Make sure you find all the details of what you have to do. Read it a head of time if not sure ask Questions. Make sure your bank you are dealing with. Are ready for you.If you have to make appointment, make sure you do it a head of time. Most of the time after the sale you have 3days to get your money to the auction company,if you are wiring the money.
Thank you for using Equipmentfacts!
I believe I was winning bid on an item Saturday afternoon. Sunday evening and still no confirmation email.
Simple and easy use. Great site to use! Will definitely be using again.

The bidding and response was good. Just need more time to pick up load.
Thank you for using Equipmentfacts!
Painless. Thank you. The hard part is, using 50 characters in this box. I'm a simple man. Do "spaces" count? Do I have to use correct grammar? Or can I do all emojis? Was that 50 yet? I have food on the stove.
Thank you for using Equipmentfacts!

It took way too long to receive the invoice.
Website worked great for the actual bidding process.
Thanks for bidding on Equipmentfacts!
When will you notify me of my winning bid? Invoice? I was there live and they had a ticket for my winning bid. Because Bach of other issues as well
Item sold for less than my max pre bid. I did not win the item. Called to find out why I lost and was told to call the auction facility. Not much help in my case
Great sell, but I wish I could bid my own amount. I was given 100s or 500s, when sometimes I wanted to bid 25s or 250s. The last rack I was bidding was going by 10s and all I had options was 50s.
Have not got my invoice over all not to bad would like to try it again
Gorden thanks for taking the time to bid with us! For the invoice reach out to the auction company they should have it for you.
It is horrible hard to use. It's very slow to switch between rings. The worst ever!
Hard to navigate and set up
But once i had that nightmare figured out bidding was fine
I wanted to buy a tractor a specific tractor. Item 390 at the Goodrich auction in Pennsylvania. As the bidding began on item 390, the auctioneer said there's another tractor, same model behind it from the same owner. We will bid it and make it bitter's choice which tractor they want or take both of them. In that amount of time that it took to sell the tractor I couldn't figure out on the internet and bit also how I will select the tractor I want afterwards. After the tractor sold and I was high bid, they kept waiting for me to pick which tractor I wanted which was ridiculous to sell sellers choice because one had power steering and the other ones didn't and that's $2,000 added to the value of the tractor. Needless to say someone said I made a selection which I never did to the auctioneer and that I pick the tractor I didn't want. So then another guy was bidding was offered the better tractor with the power steering for the same money and sure he took it in a second. So I'm stuck with a tractor that wasn't the one I bid on and the other guy got the bargain at the same price. I contacted your site, talked to a gentleman and he said nothing could be done till Monday. It was fruitless leaving text messages and messages on the auction site cuz nothing got back to me. I eventually called the phone number. I got off the internet for the site where the auction was. A man picked up the phone who was helping load equipment and he said that he was in the trailer with the auctioneer and really couldn't interrupt them but said someone was already getting ready to take item 390 which is the one I bid on and wanted. The online communication on a weekend auction is terrible. And to turn around and have a tractor with power steering and a fresh paint job and have a second tractor behind it. They both ran with no power steering and no paint job and say we're going to make it. Buyers choice at that time. Makes no sense at all. I got a Royal screw job because now I got stuck taking the tractor I didn't want because I really wanted the power steering.
Good auction all was fine. I wish the transparency of buyers premiums were specifically listed on the bidding screen instead of having to click a link to discover them.
Thanks for taking the time to bid with us Scott!
