I had some issues with my payments when I first bought the till system. I have called to the support and reported regarding my issue. They had immediately responded to my issue and resolved it straight away.It's been a tremendous response from the support.The support team picks my call even in late hours of any day. They respond in a very polite manner and with patience, the guys have very good knowledge over the product and ready to help on any issue.

I was looking for an Epos system to my retail business. One day I got a call from Epos Direct and I thought they were also same as other epos providers. I did some research over epos systems and I found that Epos Direct is offering high quality hardware till systems. I tried for a demo and they have proven to be worth the money. Over the last 3 years I have also come to appreciate the customer service. I am completely satisfied with them.
After buying the epos system, I had few doubts on the initial implementation of the product and setting up the till. My queries were well answered and was extremely happy with the kind of service. Great job guys.
I really love how easy Eposdirect is to use both online, you can quickly add customers, send estimates or invoices, and track them. You can set up a basic shopping cart system to sell products and send customers to the URL for quick purchases. Well done!

Beware misselling, EPOS Direct are more than happy to liaise with you and take payment, it's now 12 weeks and I still don't have a functioning EPOS system. They don't return calls or respond to any emails.

I have ordered a till system for my newly opened retail store. I had not enough time to wait for till and I requested them to deliver it ASAP. We have two systems on our first site and we are opening up a second one in a couple of weeks. We have already placed our order with EPOS Direct we had no need to look anywhere else as they caters to all our bespoke business requirements.

I don't know where to start. Aziz nurani is a cuns. System crashes all the time and freezing. License should be for one year and I have been told that it won't lock but it does. Technical support only good to install the printers, nothing els. After 3 months they want you to pay for licensing first they give invoice for £370 plus vat and then when it get locked then they want £1000 plus vat. This is for a busy restaurant. Just imagine restaurant is full and system crashed kitchen and bar out of control. We use as backup 3 copy paper. Also the charge me £500 plus vat for the website. I don't agree to have the website from them. Do you self a big fewer stay away from this company.

Our till stopped working on Saturday and I called to EPOS Direct and reported my problem. We were impressed by the way they responded as they consistently helpful and patient. Our problem was resolved immediately during the busy hours.

I am having a small retail store and been using the till for a long time. I have got an
Issue with my printer which has stopped working. I called to the support asking for
Help, they have listen to my problem and asked to follow a few steps over the phone. To my surprise it has worked normally and they have asked me to reboot the system one which I followed the same. Now the printer is back to the normal condition and working fine.
I had a serious issue with my till system and needed to be solved quickly. I called to support for some help, the call was attended and answered in a polite manner. We had a long conversation to be able to find the solution and he eventually did find it and sorted out.
At first I was frustrated but he was patient in answering all of my questions. He was a true example of what and how a customer service people should be. I was really happy the way he sorted out the problem.
I called to the technical team as there was an issue with the software. Some of the features were not working. They took the access of my system and sorted out the problem. They told me that my system has been affected with virus which has been cleaned and re installed the software and to my surprise the data has been restored. It's been a fantastic job done by the technical guys. They have been very helpful and friendly. Thank you!
