I got an issue with my printer and cash drawer. A guy from support team resolved my issue and told me that it was his first day, but has done a great job.
Waste of money no one knows the system no help from support service a very frustrating custom bought the system on recommendation of your sales person can not calculate and produce vat
Can not produce receipts when customers pay their debt can nit produce debtors list falsely claimed approved by HMRC
WE are a charitable sports club and have wasted money till system very complicated takes too much time to carry a simple transaction
POOR service - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - system not delivered - took money - then asked for more info after suggested delivery date - tried to cancel the system - refused to refund and now will not answer calls or emails - very poor service

I have a few issues in setting up and operating the till system, I called to the support to sort out my issues. They took remote access and guide me through every step in detail which is invaluable.

Simple to use the back office software without having to go on to till. I've used other EPOS systems and this is the best so far, in terms of ease of use, layout and support.

We were looking for a till for our new shop and after talking to a number of possible suppliers, we settled for Enovations. Really wish we hadn't!
I work in IT and so repeatedly asked the salesman, Aziz, if there were any ongoing costs attached. He replied no. I asked specifically if this was a perpetual license - he said yes. This means you buy it once and never have to pay any more.
He said that support was optional, but we declined.
We bought the system and it was delivered a month late, delaying the opening of the shop!
After that, all seemed well - until just under a month after we bought it.
It then started nagging us to pay for "maintenance" so we could get a key or it would stop working.
I called and called and just got an Indian girl on the line insisting that every piece of software has to be paid for every year - this of course is a lie.
I quoted the salesman again, saying that it was supposed to be a perpetual license and, after some heavy arguing, eventually was given a key.
They then wrote email after email, phone call after phone call demanding £300 for software maintenance.
Another year went by and now the software has stopped working again.
We were assured when we bought it that there would be NO ongoing costs.
These people are now holding us, a small business, to ransom. If we don't give them £300 then the till stops working.
Well, it is now a brick - worthless junk.
Do not buy from these people. They are liars and thieves!
Best EPOS System that Can be Used with Ease. Set up and Training has been Fabulous. I am happy with the training as it made me to understand the till features even better.
The support team was absolutely brilliant in solving the problem with the help of remote access. Never felt stress dealing with technology as the support made everything easy for me.
Fantastic systems all around and special thanks to the engineers and technical support team from Epos direct. The set-up and training was exceptional.

Good technical service. Immediately installed my software and it's working fine. The software is really incredible and the touch screen is awesome to use.
Chat support on EPOS Direct was even good. Even the chat support people also have a good knowledge about the technicalities. It will also help you to solve your problems through chat support.
The support team is complete professional in solving the issues and guiding us through the features of the product.
I purchased software outright from these people. I paid £299.00 + Vat and my invoice states that I have bought the software licence "outright" as opposed to for a limited time scale. I bought the software in February 2016. Due to the fact that they did not e mail me all the software files to download (it took me until June to get them all as they kept asking for more money to send the remaining files!) it was not until end of one we were able to start using the software. Our whole till system is now based on this epos software. On November 27th the software stopped working and gave us a message that our licence had expired. Ewe then received 12 phone calls that day demanding a payment over the phone for £350.00 to get an access code to enable us to carry on using the software. The phone calls are still conic and despite invoices to prove we have paid for our software licence they tell us we have to pay another £350.00 in order to continue using it>
They refuse to listen to complaints or acknowledge the situation other than to dead more money.
I am currently trying to obtain a refund via my card company whose card I used to pay for the software.
Trust Pilot has a warning about fake reviews for this company, I suggest you take kittle notice of the many fake good reviews that have been posted on Trust Pilot and here.
Please avoid this company for your own sake.

The support team was very helpful. They were very nice and explained each and everything very clearly. They answered all my questions.
I really wish I could give this company no stars, they are that bad. I purchased 2 till systems last February(2016) with a special promotion package which stated; No Annual Licence Fee and No Monthly costs. My tills gave me a pop up message to say my licence was due and that it would expire on the 4th December 2016. This action would have rendered them useless. I contacted Epos Direct who told me that there was a mandatory support fee of £60 per month (both tills) and unless I paid them £720 they would not give me my new licence key. I went for a demonstration of the product in Manchester and met with the salesman who endorsed the promotion and told me we there was no monthly payments and no support fee. I have been backwards and forwards trying to get this sorted as the clock is ticking and I wont have any tills for my restaurant very soon. The customer service is worse than useless, they are very rude and totally intransigent. I have sent them a recorded letter outlining these problems, as advised by Trading Standards, and as of yet they have not responded. My situation at the moment is I have contacted another software company who are willing to remove their (EposDirect) software and install a brand new system, with no licence fee, no monthly costs and an optional support fee of £40 per month.
This will leave me out of pocket but I hope to recoup this money from EposDirect by way of small claims court.
This has been a very stressful event for us and in ten years of business I have never encountered such an unworthy and untrustworthy company in my life!

The support service is however still offered at a highly discounted price.
