Epic delivered a good product in a timely manner
My items were very late. I asked for my order to be cancelled or to get my shipping refunded since I paid extra to have them by a certain date. Nothing has been done except an explanation as to why the items were late. I don't need an explanation. I needed them by the specific date for a reason. I'm not impressed and will not be using your company again.
