Shopping ok. Check out wasn't working. Computer not set up to take email that is an edu. Makes no sense. Plus cell phone number can be more than 10 numbers. Called customer service. Wait time was 29 minutes. Really? Why is that acceptable? I don't get it. If you want to follow up with me, why do I have to enter my email address which you already have. And in the follow up section I can enter an email address that is an edu but in the checkout section I can't. Clearly you understand my frustration.
Some of the order was not the color I ordered. Black was sent instead of orange
I will be back! Due to the fast shipping and accuracy of my order, I was able to give a turn around time for my customer that surprised all of us!
Only negative comment I have is the way my shirts were not packaged the way I thought they were going to be. Just tossed in a shipping bag, but they were fine, just a little wrinkled.
