Our biggest customer is in Kansas. They appreciate that our top supplier is EPIC as they are based in Kansas. I started buying our hats from Epic many years ago and really appreciate their good prices and quantity discounts. We understand the nature of the embroidery and screen print business so we do all embellishments locally in Oregon as it affords us more direct control of timing the finished goods. We have never had a bad experience with Epic and all of our shipments inbound have been prompt without damage.

Amazon delivers things in 2 days and you can cancel well after the order is placed, yet epic Sports is projecting 6 days for delivery and charges exorbitantly to ship and yet nothing can be done. The order status is not even shown as having been processed or shipped, and it was placed less than 24 hours ago.
So in a nutshell you definitely can't change your mind. Epic sports operates under insane pretenses reflective of systematically inadequate and archaic cancellation policies.
And oh yeah. Read the fine print on the FAQ's they charge you 20-50% to take unopened and unworn items back.
