I made an order with Epic sports for mesh sports bags. I'm part of a non profit group supplying bags for recess equipment. When our box was received 1/2 of the merchandise was missing. Because numerous people work for our group the box was tossed before I realized we were missing product. This company refuses to help stating that due to "weight" at time of shipping everything had to have been present. I haven't spoken to a single person willing to help me make this right. I placed my order online and when I finally spoke with a human I was told they couldn't help me because it was an online order. Then they hung up on me mid sentence. By far the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Do not do business with this company.
I ordered a baseball glove, on august 17 and it was suppose to deliver on august 26. August 28th I tried to get I touch with epic sports and they didn't have a person answering the phone, only a robot that asked the order number. All that would give is the same info I knew from tracking. I wanted to talk to a person about it. Two days later I called the post office in Kansas and they said ti call epic. So I called again. After being in hold for 45 minutes I reached a person in sales. Asked them to get me to a person who would be able to tell me about my shipment. He sent me to the same robot that asked for order number and again sent me to tracking information I already knew. I then decided to go to there "live" chat system in their site. It is not a live person at first took about 25 minutes to get to a live person. This person couldn't help, I asked them to call the post office and gave them the number. He didn't do anything. I finally had to ask for refund through an email and that appears to be granted based on return email. I was hoping epic sports would have apologized for inconvenience and sent out my order over night to get it to me. They stand on the post office lost the package. Do not order from here if you enjoy talking to a person to communicate, and do not expect business professionalism from any of there sales group or "live" chart

I received 7 shirts that were damaged. Tried to return them online 4 times and each time I hit submit the link was broken. Tried online Customer Service... nada. Tried to call them, left a call back number and never got a call back. Emails were returned a min of 3 days later and you would respond and then another 3 days would go by before they responded. I was emailed a RMA number and was told that I was going to be charged a restocking fee and I had to pay for the shipping back for THEIR DAMAGED shirts. If I could leave a ZERO I would. Customer Service Stinks, Charges customers for THEIR MISTAKES AND DAMAGED ITEMS is wrong.

Epic Sports is a joke! Customer Service is a joke! Run away. Do not order from this company! They say one thing. They do another. No one to call. Can only chat online. I assume they are not real people because they wouldn't give the answers they are giving. The season will be over before we get our shirts. Complete disappointment. Will never use them again.
I ordered RED softball face masks from there, they sent maroon. I had to pay $40 to ship them back and they wouldn't reimburse me because they said that maroon was the right product. They have poor customer service. I will not buy anything from them ever again. Just go to Amazon, much more easier and better to deal with and will send you the right product.
I ordered some clothes and when I checked on order it said it had shipped. I'm like great. 2 weeks go buy and still no order. Followed tracking number and UPS said upon receiving order there was no merchandise in box they received. So another week passes and no answer yet from epic. Same response from "Cody" saying was shipped. Really, then they "Eric/Cody said oh we will send out another shipment, all this is being done over a text to a "live agent" that changes every time I try to reach someone. Two days later "oh wait we will refund you". I'm like ok and now two weeks later still no "refund" and or shipment. So update-looked on account and now is says order shipped Aug 15th… no order was shipped… this company is horrible and Cody is useless as well as Eric. Never again. Sorry I'm not a complainer however $130 is $130. Can anyone give me a number to talk to a live agent over phone and not text?

Preferring to speak to a live person to 1- confirm items were available and in stock 2- Confirm 1-2 days shipping as advertised & 3 - Amount needed to be purchase to receive free shipping. Waited on hold for over 10 min before I was directed to hit "0" for as call back. Decided then to look at reviews, glad I did. Call me an antique but when I spend my money I want to KNOW someone cares on the receiving end, and will do right by their customers. Keeping customers at arms length & once removed isn't being used here as a technology upgrade, but rather avoiding accountability. I've gone somewhere else where someone answers the phone.
Love the shirts. Good quality. Only complaint is the thread on the bottom of the shirts comes unraveled.

My family of 27 celebrated my 80th birthday in Pigeon Forge, TN. I have three grown children. They and their spouses and their children and their spouse or significant others, plus two great grandchildren and my brother wore the shirts I ordered from Epic Sports. The shirts were of good quality and very inexpensive. I ordered three different colors, one for each of my children's extended family. The cost made it affordable and my family enjoyed wearing them. The Nanapalooza was a great success and these shirts were a hit and made it possible to identify each of my children's family in all our pictures.
I would definitely recommend Epic Sports for their service and the quality of their merchandise.
I used to have positive experiences with Epic Sports, but the company charged me a restocking fee for a T-shirt with supersmall sleeves. I balked, claiming the cut was defective. I produced requested photographs, and the company ignored all my emails and new support tickets. The company's "chat" feature doesn't work at all.
All this is over north of $1 in restocking fees. This is a matter of principle, though, and Epic Sports is committing THEFT by stonewalling me. How many other customers are they ripping off?

Tried to get an exchange for a product. No one contacts me. Just a standard canned response that leads me to their web. I click on send your request and nothing. I would not buy from this company, there are other companies that are more reliable.

Great value on the Epic Cool shorts. Waist bands are a little tight, but otherwise a great product for the money. I will definately order again when needed.
Answer: You'll never get it! Or it will come a month or two later because they don't keep up with their inventory, nor do they like to keep customers informed of their order status. Don't order from them.

I'm sure you're not the only one that has heard from the "chat bot" - "please give them a chance to address your issue before writing a bad review. They tell you their priority is 100% customer satisfaction, well it's more like 0% customer service. They are more than willing to take you money. You're better off buying from ebay, at least your able to get your $ back, their customer service is unbeatable. Epic Sports is the worst company I've ever done business with EVER! But NEVER again!
