I've purchased items from Epic Sports SEVERAL times in the past. In a recent order, two items they sent were not as described. Both items were supposed to be a Burnt Orange or Texas Orange color. Both items were not close to the correct color... one was almost a NEON Orange color. I told Epic I did not feel it was my responsibility to pay postage for THEIR error. I provided pictures that any reasonable person would agree easily illustrated that the items were not the correct color. Epic Sports claimed a) it was a manufacturer issue, b) it was due to differences in computer monitors c) it was due to different web designers listing items at different times and finally d) that the items sent WERE what I had ordered. My job as a consumer is to a) pay for the items and b) pay to have them shipped to my residence. Their job is to ship the items that I ordered as described on their website. They did not and they refused to make any sort of attempt to rectify their error, wanting me to pay to have the items shipped back before refunding me for the items only, which would leave me empty handed and at a loss of approximately 20.oo for an error on their part. They even claimed that there could potentially be a 10% "restocking" fee. Be warned... if they make a mistake, they will not take responsibility for it.
The adult compression shirts ran small so I gave it away. My son couldnt fit it. Overall satisfied.

I recently purchased 44 pairs of socks for my sons football team, I was shorted three pairs and customer service has been terrible. They literally just ignore my requests to please send the socks. This has been going on for over three weeks now and I have gotten one email saying that it was Impossible for the socks to not have been in my order since they have a weigh system. They asked I send pictures which I did of the box they came in that's it, no other response I have emailed once a day for over three weeks and nothing. They also have a customer service hotline which you can only use to place orders once they have your money it seems they could care less about whether or not you get what you pay for. I have never been so disappointed in customer service as with this.

I order Cancer Awareness Socks on September 5,2022. They stated that they had an abundance of them, and I trusted that, so I ordered $130 worth of socks. The socks were delivered on September 13,2022 and immediately I noticed that the larger socks (25 Pairs) didn't match the medium socks (6 pairs). Indeed the larger socks were incorrect and I attempted to contact EPIC via phone. To my surprise, you cannot actually talk to anyone. You must file a claim via email which I did the same day. After a week of back and forth via email, I finally get a return slip and to my surprise they will not send the correct socks but rather charge me a restocking fee for accepting the incorrect socks they sent me and I would have to reorder the socks again. EPIC sent me the wrong socks, and now trying to make me pay to receive them back. It is now to late to start this process of ordering the socks over and I will be damned if I pay for the restocking of the incorrect socks they sent me. So my football team will have on mismatched Cancer Awareness Socks for the month of October, but EPIC will never receive another order from my organization. Just Poor Customer Service period.

Bought socks-you shipped the wrong ones AND charged me shipping to return your mistake. I ordered the same socks in 2 different sizes and 1 size was correct and the smaller size was completely the wrong sock. I can't use it at all and need to return it. I'm not sure why I have to pay shipping when it was your mistake!
I placed and order and everything was supposed to arrive by a certain date, but I got an email that they missed the date. When I followed up they said it was "outside of their control", but it had to do with them not finishing the numbering on time. When I tried to follow up to find out when the shirts would arrive, the reply is we cannot tell you when we miss an ETA. They will only know when they are done processing them. So, I have to just wait and my team will not have uniform shirts for our first game. I will never use them again.
I submitted pictures and sent in two tickets, messaged customer service and was told that the shirt I received with a team order would not be replaced. The neck hole is 2 inches over on one side making the shirt not able to be worn. It is awkward wearing and looking. One sleeve is longer than the other because of this also. They will not replace because they said they cannot guarantee how a shirt will be sewn together. This is ridiculous! They should guarantee quality items. If it is not sewn together correctly it is not a quality item.
Horrible customer service! I ordered uniforms the middle of August, I was supposed to receive them by Sept 6. On Sept 1, I contacted customer support since it still said processing and hadn't shipped yet. I received a notice that it was shipped and I would get the tracking info within 24 hours. On Sept 2 at 4 in the afternoon, I received an email stating that my items were out of stock and backordered. This is horrible, as we needed them by 9/10. I still haven't received my money back either. Horrible, don't use this company!

I'm sure you're not the only one that has heard from the "chat bot" - "please give them a chance to address your issue before writing a bad review. They tell you their priority is 100% customer satisfaction, well it's more like 0% customer service. They are more than willing to take you money. You're better off buying from ebay, at least your able to get your $ back, their customer service is unbeatable. Epic Sports is the worst company I've ever done business with EVER! But NEVER again! They will rip you off without giving a thought to it, they're DESPICABLE!
