I ordered and recieved adult men XL tights to go under my gym shorts since it is winter time. I recieved what fitted like a child's XL. I am in no way a big guy. I returned the tights, four pairs. Epic sports charged me a total of $41.67 which included $31.96 for the tights, $6.62 for shipping, $3.09 in taxes. To return the tights cost me $12, another $7.15,I'm assuming restocking fee along with 53 cent for taxes. I didn't know services like that get taxed. Epic Sports refunded me $ 34.52. Looks like I was taxed twice, paid for shipping to recieved items, paid shipping to send back, got charged a restocking fee.I am out of $29.39 -minus $2.56(The difference between what the tights cost verses the refund) = 26.83 and I have nothing out of the deal. And it is impossible to speak with a real person and the chat line is also a robot. I will never shop with epic sports again. Beware if you have a return and want your money back.

Always great prices and quality. Ordered hats for a few years now for employees. Perfect price and variety.

After paying outrageous shipping costs to ensure basketball uniforms (for two teams and coaches) would arrive in time for first games of the season, all I get are vague emails stating the order is LATE but no timeframe on new arrival date….after 10+ emails back/forth with a customer service representative (who REFUSES to call me because they "don't have time to handle customer service business that way"), I still have NO DIRECT ANSWER on whether or not they've begun customization or when they'll be shipping my $700 order! I've used epic sports for huge orders in the past but never utilized their customization option!

BEWARE, people! Don't customize if you need uniforms on any sort of timeline!

I don't care if you're a big company or small, family run business….take the 5 MINUTES to call a displeased customer!

I love our basketball jerseys we received from Epic Sports. I really like the print and color. Our shorts were great as well. Price was good. Wish they were here sooner-but I didn't get my order in as soon as I should have.

I bought 20 jerseys with vinyl lettering. When i received them i had to peel them apart and after washing realized they were creased and crinkled terribly. I contacted the company and they told me to put an iron on it. There are 20 jerseys and that's the reason i paid them to do the vinyl, i don't have time for that and the few i did do didn't even help. They are still creased and look awful! Been emailing back and for for over a week to no resolve. They told me to iron them, it doesn't work and they look terrible. DONT order from them, their customer service is more thank lacking! Terrible and cheap products that they don't uphold customer satisfaction. Terrible company

Second year ordering the lettermen jackets for my little cheer squad! Always easy and great quality. Always delivered in a timely fashion. We had our own patches and embroidery done. The jackets are perfect.

I placed 3 orders at different time and my order was delivered within 4 days. I loved the blouses and the quality of the fabric. The sweater run a little large, but I decided to keep it. I will be ordering other items in the future!

Epic Sports has always done a good job of providing quality for a reasonable price. The ordering process is also easy!

I thought I found a great place to buy sports clothing, but then they sent me two items in my order that were clearly the wrong size, and they refused to exchange or refund one of the items because they claimed it was the right size - Adult Medium, though it looked more like a child's small (clearly mismarked). When I pointed that out, they gave me a boilerplate response about sizing and charts. I had to pay for their mistake, which is not terrible, I suppose. It was their attitude with regard to their own mistake that made not want to shop there again.

Epic Sports delivers quality, great price, and service. Great products, excellent variety, quick delivery and thoughtful customer service.

We received our order confirmation with tracking info on a Monday. It stated that our order would arrive on Wednesday. We received our order a day early on Tuesday. They have fast shipping and great customer service.
