Great value on the Epic Cool shorts. Waist bands are a little tight, but otherwise a great product for the money. I will definately order again when needed.

Occasionally when you order clearance items with low number you get substitutions. I had 2 items substitutions for a smaller size. Although i ordered a medium luckily the delivered smalls fit my son. Everything else was as advertised so we are good. Really like the practice shorts and umpire undershirt for squat training.
I purchased this water aerobics step to use as a little island for my younger swim lesson students. It's perfect. The strips make the top non-slip. It's nearly impossible to tip this step, unlike the more expensive tot docks. The rounded bottom edges don't damage the vinyl pool liner. It's heavy enough to stay where I put it, but light enough to easily reposition or remove from the pool when needed.
I work on a farm in South Florida. I need shirts that are lightweight, breathable, and quick drying. I was nervous to order them online, but EpicSports prices made it easier and I was extremely pleased with the quality once I tried the shirts on.
The transaction went smooth and for the 2nd time, never had an issue with my order. I ordered this as this is the brand of our work uniform, but they only gave us 2 sets and were working in a hospital were there's a lot of bacterias and virus we encounter everyday. We have to change our uniforms everyday for the safety of our families ourselves and the people around us.
I ordered $800 worth of uniforms for our All-Star Team. Within 48 hours, I was notified that my order was on hold due to "items not in stock." I canceled the items they said were out of stock (although they were in stock when I ordered and paid for them). Three days later I was told other items were out of stock. All told, my order was changed 3 times by Epic Sports, causing the possibility of our team bot having everything prior to our District game.
While I understand this happens, I don't understand how on 3 occasions I'm told "items out of stock" after they took my money. Which leads me to my biggest problem... When I paid, my money was taken from my bank account in less than 1 minute. Once Epic made their 3 mistakes and "refunded" my money, I have STILL NOT RECEIVED that refund in my bank account! The lack of knowing what they have in stock, absolutely snails pace of refunding and HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE makes Epic Sports the ABSOLUTE WORST BUSINESS I've ever dealt with. I wish I could give a minus-star.

Prices are good, but if you order bulk soccer balls, be advised that many of them either don't hold air or fall apart very quickly. They are made for a 1-2 time use. I would say about 50% or more of my 100+ order is garbage. They won't refund or exchange them either.
Received shirts and have used a few and am very happy with the product and arrived a day earlier than expected.
They sent me a different brand of shirt I ordered a4 and they sent me a different brand and the wrong sizes
So happy with the quality and the fit of these youth visors. These were for our 8U softball team. The font is legible and large enough for the coaches to "remember" everyone's names and the kids and parents are happy that the girls have something to keep the sun out of their eyes in the field.
Everything was extremely easy and the communication was wonderful! I knew the status of the order from beginning to end!
I ordered 14 jerseys. 8 small, 6 medium.
I ordered rush shipping as we had a tournament we needed them for that weekend. The jerseys came in and went direct to the printer. When we passed out jerseys that morning we noticed once of the jerseys was a completely different jersey. The measurements weren't even the same.
Monday morning I contacted epic sports who absolutely refused to correct the issue. Stating since the item had been customized it's my problem now. They have absolutely no way to contact anyone via phone and their chat option is a complete joke. Rather than simply shipping the correct jersey, which would've been the right thing to do, they argued with me all day and kept repeating there was nothing they could do as it's "human error"
Even though, i agree this is human error; the company should be willing to fix it. I will NEVER EVER buy from this company again, and neither should you.
They state that an email was received that said to "check each jersey carefully, as once the jersey was customized you take ownership of the item" this is a flat out lie. I have no notification of this.
We now have a 6 year old with an Ill fitting different jersey than her teammates because I trusted this company to send the correct items.
I don't know if I'm more annoyed at the absolute refusal to make THEIR mistake right, or the God awful customer service I received in the process.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY
This is the worst company. They have no way to make contact with them. No responses an My packages are still missing
