Preferring to speak to a live person to 1- confirm items were available and in stock 2- Confirm 1-2 days shipping as advertised & 3 - Amount needed to be purchase to receive free shipping. Waited on hold for over 10 min before I was directed to hit "0" for as call back. Decided then to look at reviews, glad I did. Call me an antique but when I spend my money I want to KNOW someone cares on the receiving end, and will do right by their customers. Keeping customers at arms length & once removed isn't being used here as a technology upgrade, but rather avoiding accountability. I've gone somewhere else where someone answers the phone.
