Ordered touch screen gloves and a backup portable cell phone charger on December 2nd. Product description said it would ship in 2 to 4 weeks. Here it is 4 weeks later and nothing has shipped yet. Customer service is a joke. Best of all because the purchases were under $50 my credit card company won't even allow me to do a chargeback. So $28 down the drain, a lot to someone who earns minimum wage and lives paycheck to paycheck. Based on all the other reviews I'd say this website is making a killing selling stuff and never shipping it. I can't wait for the inevitable class action lawsuit.

Order a long sleeve dress shirt using a voucher. They sent me the wrong shirt, and the wrong size. I've contacted them 3-4 times and they've told me to send a picture of the wrong item which I did 3-4 times... Still nothing. No communication at all after sending the pictures of the wrong item. Awful experience. Never again dealing with them.

First of all you gotta love that in the comment section John B.
Is answerin people like he is tech support and then he post a comment like 2 minutes later pretending to be a customer saying how great the service is etc.
Epacific Mall is a complete scam. Something a very vague email from Samantha about 5-15 days and this is even after the the 4 weeks period has passed. So now its been 6 weeks and no product. Yea I think i will spend the next days finding every review site and warning people. Epacific is garbage

I had purchased a "mystery box" voucher for $12 from KGBdeals.com for products that were supposed to be worth $150. Instead I received Chinese fraudulent cell phone accessories that can be bought on eBay for $3-5! Additionally, it took almost 3 months to ship the product instead of promised 2 weeks. I'm afraid even to use this stuff as not to break my cell phone. DON"T BUY FROM THEM!

Placed an order through Deal chicken on Oct 17,2013. Still have not received. Called the number, received a personal voicemail. Emailed the company. Received an email from Samantha stating 10-15 more days before I receive my HDMI cable. You live and learn. Never again. Seems as if Deal chicken would check into these places before advertising on their site. Because of this, I have no faith in Deal chicken and will no longer do business with them.

Horrible experience, horrible quality, and horrible customer service. I ordered a 3 in 1 USB charging cable via LivingSocial. The cable broke after a few uses. When I asked for a refund they told me they only guarantee the quality of the product for 2 weeks. When I complained they said if I paid to ship it back, they would give me a refund. Problem is that they don't refund the shipping. The deal was for $5 and shipping was something like $5. So their refund policy is to reimburse me half of the cost. Never buy from them.

My friend gave me a voucher from Living Social as a Christmas present. The voucher doesn't work. I emailed and they did reply the next day but the response had nothing to do with the question I asked (computer response?). I emailed back and have received nothing.

They SUCK!

They SUCK! I ordered a product in February and this is July and I still have not received it. They have sent out the wrong product 3 times and I have to go through customer no service and repeat ALL my information again only to have another delay. I am still waiting and customer service is no longer responding. Not worth the hassle.

I purchased the MP4 player that other reviewers have referred to. I purchased 4 for Christmas gifts, and bought them in November. In January, after the gifts had been given, I informed the company that one was defective (battery would not receive a charge from the computer, stayed constantly in "low power" condition) via email. They told me they were sorry I was unhappy with the product, but they only replace defective products within 14 days of sale. Never mind that I bought them as Christmas gifts, right? This company cares nothing about customer satisfaction despite all the corporate rep's disclaimers. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY! Stay away from epacificmall.com

Ordered a makeup brush set through DealChicken from epacificmall and after 2 months and several emails to epacificmall and DealChicken, no product. Samantha at epacificmall has sent me an email advising my order was shipped and then when I email saying I still have not received my order, I get a response saying it is in the logistics phase. Yep, complete and utter scam. Due to the responses from epacificmall being worded exactly the same each time, I almost think my emails are being answered by a computer and not a real person reviewing my order. DealChicken does business with several companies like this who either send you extremely damaged merchandise or no merchandise at all. Stay away from DealKnocks, Tagco, epacificmall and DealChicken. Complete and utter scammers.

This the worst site I have ever been in contact with. Bought some make up brushes on December 8th 2013 and as of February 18 2014 still not have received them. Been in contact with them on at least 3 occasions and after days with out a reply eventually was told they were going to be shipped, will be there in a few business days. All LIES! The customer service from this site does not exist and I would not buy a single thing from them again. I would be willing to bet they will be out of business soon and that would be a good thing!

In response to Jeannie's email I to received a defective MP4 player that does not work. Took almost 1 month to receive and when I did the click wheel does not work. The only email response I get from epacific is from Sam stating the player will be arriving shortly. Well no kidding it arrived and I was writing to Sam asking how can I return the dam thing.
I will write to corporate asking for full refund on the product, shipping charge of $5 and my cost to ship the defective item back to them.
Good luck w/ this company.

I SO wish I had read these comments before I ordered from this company. I purchased a Living Social Deal and I have waited and waited and waited and waited, oh, and, then, I have waited. It finally arrived yesterday, but it missing one of the lens that was supposed to be in the set of 3. The instructions of how to use what I did receive are in such poor English that I cannot even guess what it is trying to say. What are poor experience. I am so tired of companies such as this one that say they are so wonderful while in reality they are simply there to gather money, and have no intention of taking care of their customers. Never again.

I purchased some items through eversave.com, and the company shipping the items was epacific mall. I had many problems tryong to redeem the vouchers thru them. The purchas was made in June 2013 and to date I have not rec'd the items. After several emails (no telephone contact information found), I called my credit card company and placed a dispute on the charge. I hope that gets the attention of epacific mall. Perhaps others should do the same.

Complete fraud

Complete fraud. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! Never received the product, or a confirmation email, or heard back from the company when I contacted them. Ordered an iphone camera lens from a living social deal. Did not think Living social would solicit companies like this. Will be sure to double check moving forward before buying anything from Living Social again.

I purchased a iPhone 7in1 bundle from epacificmall/groupon. The item arrived in about 5 days. One of the headphone was defective. I simply sent an email saying that the headphone was defective and they sent a new one to me for no additional cost. One of the best companies I have purchased and will definitely buy from them again! Great customer service!
