“Terrible - they steal your money - DO NOT BUY Tickets here”

Shows cancelled due to COVID 19, service fees not refunded. Was told that since I checked a box that said ticket fees were not refundable under any circumstance that 25$ would not be refunded. Are you friggin kidding me? A global pandemic and you're not refunding the fees? You didn't provide me with any service. Not to mention the extremely unprofessional email exchanges. Sorry that it's such a burden for you to give back people's money that you're not entitled to.

Bought 2 tickets for next year and the date was moved up several months at the same venue. Received an email saying the concert "will be cancelled after the weekend and my money was being refunded". They were still selling tickets for the concert. They were not willing to just let me have tickets to the date the concert was changed to. Wanted me to buy new ones. Will never use this site again

They suck, get tux elsewhere. They would not refund the full price of a canceled show due to COVID-19. They said 8 dollars was non refundable. All other places do including Ticketmaster. Customer service is the worst.

This site is run entirely by one guy named Jon. A show I bought tickets for this fall was cancelled due to the pandemic and back in May I had to hassle with this guy to get my refund. I had to email and call him and two days later he finally found some time to call me back. I said I never got my refund and he said all refunds had to be processed manually with him sending the data directly to the credit agencies. I wasn't aware of this process and he accused me of unsubscribing to his newsletter which was how he got the word out about refunds. I said I never subscribed to his newsletter and was unaware that very important information like this was sent out this way. He gave me three options - apply my purchase to a future show with restrictions, email him my credit card information, or talk over the phone. He wanted me to email him my credit card information because that was the fastest way but no way was I doing that so I gave him the information over the phone. I asked about the final total and he said I was only getting the ticket price back, not the $6 service fee. He said that was separate. I get that he has a business to run and the situation is not fair to anyone but it doesn't seem right for him to be pocketing money from customers when we had nothing to do with the cancellations. He said take it or leave it. We were done in two minutes and all I had was his word that he processed my refund because he wasn't going to send me a written confirmation. I was being polite the whole time despite my internal irritation and he seemed to take offense to this even though he said he appreciated my attitude. Then he starts whining to me about other people not contacting him for their refunds and that the delays were a pain in the butt for him from a business prospective. Then he goes on to complain that people get upset with him because they don't like his process and he has to contact them multiple times. Really? I bet most people were in my situation where we had no idea what was going on. I certainly didn't receive any messages from him and he had my contact info. I got my "partial" refund about a week later. I'm never getting tickets from this guy again.

Tip for consumers:
Get your tickets elsewhere

I will avoid purchasing from this site again. I was excited to see Amaranthe announce a 2020 tour and they were coming to Cincinnati, It's a 3 hr drive for us. I bought tix on 11/14/19 (The show isn't until almost a year later, 10/2/20). A few weeks later, they announced a closer show, Cleveland, which is only 45 min away so naturally it doesn't make sense for us to drive all the way to Cincy.
I emailed the company several times, just kindly requesting that our tickets could be transferred, or cancel them and re-buy the Cleveland ones. The Cleveland tix were much cheaper, but I said you can keep the difference, no refund or partial refund needed, we just need to move the tickets to Cleveland, EntertheVault sold tickets for Cleveland. We had no idea when we purchased them that they would announce more tour dates and we can't really afford to buy tickets to both shows.
After several emails getting no response I finally heard back in a grammatical broken-English mess of an email (I think it's just one guy that runs the whole company), that there's no way to cancel since I agreed to their terms. I know their terms state all sales final, but I was just asking for this tiny amount of customer service, I just wanted an even exchange for another location, the additional money stays with them. Plus the show is a YEAR away, surely there's something on the merchant side he can do, it would take 2 seconds. He said "the order was made for Cincy, so the order says Cincy on it and it would be up to the venue in Cincy to change this, but the issue is the concert in cleveland is currently 5$ for GA tickets on the xmas-nye sale and the cincy concert is considerbly more this is where the problem occurs". Not sure he understood that I didn't want a refund since Cleveland was cheaper, he could keep the money, just make this so I don't have to incur the entire cost of a whole new set of tix. I just gave up.
So in the end, I had to re-buy the Cleveland tickets, but from another site, AXS, I will avoid ever getting tickets from EntertheVault again, any other site would have been on top of it with the customer service with a transaction that was so easily fixable and to their benefit, understanding that we didn't know when we bought them that a more convenient show would be added. I also noticed that if the band or the venue cancels the show, EntertheVault still keeps $10 and that is unheard of for a ticketing site, you will see many others complaining about this policy.

This is the worst company I have ever encountered. I was charged an 18% fee to see the awesome metal band Amaranthe. When the show was canceled due to Covid-19 they emailed me that they have refunded me $14 and I said I don't think so, I spent $16.50. After that some random $#*!head named Jon that worked for the company called me on my personal private # at 7pm on a work night and started confronting and crying about how I checked some box in the terms and agreements and it was basically tough $#*!. I told him he was a $#*!ing crook and then he has the nerve to tell me not use profanity on a cell phone that I pay for. He invaded my privacy by calling me at home over such an insignificant $2.49. He then emailed me 6 times in one day about the cancellation of the concert, you know taunting me. He took it to a personal level when he said I have a 5th grade education and I still live with my mother. Real professional right? A true trump supporter. I knew there wasn't a chance in hell that this concert was happening. The concert cancelling was worldwide when I bought this ticket. I thought "okay, I'll bite. Sell me a ticket for $16." So yes I probably checked their ridiculous box. I didn't want to pay $2.49 to confirm what I knew was a fact. Ticketmaster refunded every penny on my Tool show. They have weaker morale standards as Ticketmaster. Jon couldn't let it go though. He couldn't answer my only 2 questions. Who is keeping my 18%? And what service did they provide me? He couldn't simply answer the questions. He just kept skirting the issue and changed the subject and said what the magic box told me. If the virus is going to destroy the live music experience, then hopefully this company and others like it will cease to exist. When Jon continued to email me and call me from a blocked number incessantly I decided to answer to his rants with the most vulgar and obscene language I could think of in my replies just so he would stop contacting me. But that doesn't stop him. He feeds on this negativity. The only reason enter the vault is rated at 1.14 stars is because you can't rate it a zero. Just like it's leader Jon. He finally said he was going to block me and my emails (replies only). I said to him that I doubt he had the technology or the know-how to perform such a task based on the fact that he was using an AOL account. This site has nothing to do with the bands we love. They are bottom feeders and bring shame to all E-Commerce and ticket vendors. At least Stub-hub has the balls to charge up to 1200% ticket above face value and are up front about it. And they sure as hell would refund 100% of your money in a global pandemic and concerts may be a thing of the past.

Tip for consumers:
Don't use this site. You will regret it and if you do complain about their "service" they will call you on your own cell phone and argue about it with you.

Products used:
I didn't buy a product. I was scammed out of 18% of a ticket purchase for a concert we all knew was not going to take place. They are using the Covid-19 pandemic to scam people out of their money in this economy. The leader of the company then invaded my privacy and called me on my personal private phone number at 7pm on a worknight to argue with me and said "sorry you checked the box."

I had VIP meet & greet tickets to a concert, and ended up missing it because the event start time was never updated. It stated "time TBD" (to be determined) the entire time. I never received any email or notification with any new information. I tried contacting customer service through the website several times, but never heard anything back. I finally got ahold of someone through email and they were incredibly rude and said that they were not going to refund me and that all new information regarding times was sent out and that the site was updated to reflect the start time. This is FALSE. I will not be using this service again. I will gladly buy tickets through another official site, even if it means having to pay more so that I get accurate information regarding the event. Judging by other reviews on here, this is not an uncommon issue with this ticket dealer.

I would give zero stars if I could. Lack of communication meant that I missed a meet and greet with the bands because I was never given any information outside of what time the doors opened for VIP tickets. When my friend and I emailed to discuss what had happened and ask to be refunded the difference (not even a full refund), we were met with a rude, disrespectful customer service agent who, in as many words, told us it was our fault because we didn't read the website. The one with no information about the start and end time of the meet and greet. Will not be giving my business to them again. If you value your money and concert-going experiences, don't buy from them.

Please carefully consider your purchase of any "VIP" tickets from this vendor. The company apparently has only one employee or Customer Service Representative, who could care less that their substandard service lacks proper and effective communication with customers. They do not provide sufficient lead time and are completely unavailable and uninterested in helping their customers. I had an extremely negative experience with them after not being provided with the time for a "Meet and Greet". I e-mailed the company about the concert and the e-mail was returned as undeliverable. That e-mail address came from their own web site, which had not been updated in nearly a decade. I called as well, but no answer or reply was provided. The sheer lack of caring and deplorable customer service resulted in me missing the "Meet and Greet". Of course there are no refunds. This is an unscrupulous and ignorant vendor that only wants the money up front and does not provide the necessary customer support to insure a positive experience. Be very wary.

I bought tickets for the 2019 Riot V tour, which was cancelled a week later. I received a partial refund for the tickets. When I questioned the lack of a full refund, I was told that the service charges are non-refundable. So I got charged for tickets that were never printed, that never even physically existed and that no one on their end ever handled. They get to keep the money for doing squat. Beware clicking on the terms and conditions, and not reading them. You have to agree to them before you can continue the purchase. My bad, but I'll never use them again.

I bought 2 VIP tickets and got charged 6 times. Customer service refused to refund me. So I contacted my bank I filed a fraud report. They accepted it as a fraud, canceled my credit card and the gave me back the money of the extra tickets.
I'll never buy tickets on this site again.

I purchased tickets for a show in September, but when I got the receipt it was for a venue in a different city.

I've tried calling them, emailing, I've hunted down the contact info of the owner and pinged him on a few occasions, and reached out to the bands social media. Nothing. Silence. I'm not even asking for a refund, I just want tickest to the right venue.

Just like the other person that posted, I bought tickets back in November for a Sabaton concert that's coming up in May and I figured an email would be sent out to me with the confirmation number and tickets. I never received the email and after trying to contact them to resolve this issue I only heard back once asking for the name the tickets were under. Haven't heard back since.

I had tickets to five shows across the USA, as I was travelling there for work. They were VIP. I tried to get the names changed so friends could go, they either ignored my emails, told me to write back later, or abused me for complaining that they ignored my emails.

Tip for consumers:
If you can buy direct from the venue, do it. Don't give these useless clowns a penny of your money

I pre paid for concert tickets over a year ago. They told me to await a confirmation email that never came. That's the end of the story because the site has no instructions or decipherable support.

I bought a pair of tickets to go see DragonForce and Kamelot and ended up not being able to go because I had to go out of state. I had a friend that wanted to go so I tried to ask them if I could transfer the tickets into his name or something of the sort. 5 emails later I still had no response from them. I messaged them on Facebook and they told me to email them so that got me nowhere even after explaining I had already emailed them 4 times. Screw these people and don't order from them unless you're 100% sure you're going, which I was but stuff came up.
